Top Pizza restaurants in Verulam, South Africa

Absolutely disgusted with the service of the verulam branch. Order the 2 large pizzas and triple decker with extra cheese and death by choclate.
Was promised the order in 45 minutes
The delivery guy came to our gate and was busy talking on his phone and didn't acknowledge my wife and drove of with our order. Called the store and informed them what happened and also informed them we have a stroke patient at home whom was awaiting her meal and we were promised that a fresh order will be sent. Received a call from the branch and they said driver was on the way. I waited at my gate and again the driver refused to acknowledge me and drove of with our order despite me calling out to him. Called the branch again to inform them what transpired and it was to no avail thus leaving myslf and my family including my sister in law who is a stroke patient without supper for the night.
Seriously disgusted with the services and this after years and frequent support to debonairs 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Staff were friendly and food was hot, fresh and tasty. However they never have certain stuff on the menu. Outside of restaurants very dingy and dark.

No one can tell me they don't enjoy having a pizza for a meal or just a snack Debonairs is an expirence where can choose different flavours and create your own mouth watering pizza

I placed my order an hour ago, called the restaurant twice and the first lady said the order was still at the restaurant all of a sudden when I call back 15 minutes later the order is not reflecting on their side. This is so disappointing honestly.

I place an order online at 18:43, I started calling to find out about my order at 19:37 when live tracking stopped. I was hung up on by the store staff, the call center staff tells me I need to wait until 1:15 mins has passed then I will get feedback. I CALLED AGAIN and the Manager Sne of Verulam tells me i placed a order at the wrong store and that she will contact Phoenix Plaza and get back to me... At 21:03 I still have had no feedback as to where is my Cram decker which i paid R285 for and all the phones go to answering machine/voice-mail. THIS IS PURELY DISGUSTING. I WILL NEVER SUPPORT DEBONAIRS AGAIN.

I always order pizza here, but today I'm disappointed. I ordered cram-decker, delivery was very fast, but the dough wasn't cooked well which made the pizza not nice.

If I could rate it a minus 5 stars I would!!

10 out of 10 food & service in Cape Town.

I came down to Durban last week & decided to order a pizza today for my parents and I for lunch.
2 pizzas for R149.99 from Debonairs VERULAM.
What a complete waste of my money!!!
To say that it was the worst thing that I ever ate is an understatement.
It was as if they used last week’s chicken and the base was paper thin, if barely there.
The presentation was as if the person preparing the pizza was too tired and threw everything (very little) on.

PS. I had to feed them to my dog.
