Nie polecam wyschnięta nie dopieczona po upieczeniu ,stara gumowa niema nic wspólnego z pizzą

Pizza nawet niezła, ale najśmieszniejsze i najdziwniejsza jest dopłata 4 zł za oliwę. W wielu miejscach jadłam pizzę we Włoszech i nigdy nie zdarzyło mi się dopłacać za oliwę ani też w polskich restauracjach z kuchnią włoską. Żenujący dodatek.

Fajne miejsce na szybką przekąskę. Ceny ok, smak pizzy może nie jest żadnym odkryciem ale jest po prostu smaczne. Takie typowe włoskie bistro, polecam!

Pizza okej. Szału nie ma, ale nie am tez dramatu. Ciasto smaczne i cienkie, sos pyszny, sera za to mało i nie jest najlepszym jaki jadłam, chociaż nie powiem, że jest tragiczny.
Obsługa w porządku, miła kasjerka.
Ciężko mi ocenić klimat, bo miejsce jest w galerii handlowej, jest tłoczno i głośno, ale to pracownicy nie mają na to żadnego wpływu.
Może warto rozważyć zmianę tego sera? Przejrzałam tutejsze opinie i wydaje mi się, ze to najczęściej pojawiające się zażalenie.

Jeden wielki dramat!! Byłam wczoraj po południu, wybraliśmy jedną pizzę na pół. Pizza nie duża ale nie prezentowała się źle. Sprzedawca to jakby pracował tam za kare, rozumiem praca w gastro nie jest najlepsza ale trochę więcej uśmiechu. Co do samej pizzy. Czuć, że składniki najgorszego sortu, pieczarki smakowały jakby leżały ileś dni, sos pomidorowy pozbawiony smaku, serem to bym nawet nie nazwała tego co było na mojej pizzy. Nie wiem skąd oni biorą składniki ale zmieńcie je. Po pizzy dostałam zatrucia pokarmowego. No niestety 1 gwiazdka🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

Szybka obsługa i przygotowanie pizzy (ogrzewana w opiekaczu). Zamówiłem dwa kawałki, margherita była smaczna, drugi kawałek z pepperoni już mniej. Samo to pepperoni było średniej jakości i trochę jednak psuło smak pizzy

During my visit to Vapiano in Westfield Mokotow today, I ordered a pizza, a cola, and a lemonade. Despite the initial acceptance of my order, the experience took a disappointing turn when, after waiting for more than 40 minutes with my small child, I approached the staff to inquire about the status of my order. Shockingly, I was informed that there had been a mistake, and my pizza had not been prepared. Although they suggested an additional 10-minute wait for preparation, I decided not to stay, feeling undervalued as a customer. Additionally, upon settling the bill for my drinks, I observed in the system that the pizza had been added to the order, reinforcing the realization that it had been overlooked and not prepared. This further underscores the lapse in attention to detail during my dining experience. Such lapses in service are unacceptable and significantly impact the restaurant's reputation. Regrettably, this experience has led me to decide against future visits to Vapiano.

Ordered Bolognese with fussili via Uber eats; came with wrong type of spaghetti, restaurant happily charged me for olive oil with garlic but did not include it. The dish was tasteless and mushy, reminiscent of dog/baby food. What a mess!

It used to be great Italian restaurant, with smiley and friendly staff, but now even changing olives for garlic in pizza seems to be an issue which cannot be done. Amazing how lack of flexibility can ruin the experience. I think it was my last time in vapiano chain.

The lasagna was good - that’s a plus. However, that ordering system through multiple places - you need to place a separate order for pizza in one line, then go wait in another line for pasta and finish this whole activity in the third line (!!!) for a coffee…

The in premises cards working like once in three tries … simply terrible.

The guys on the open kitchen take orders in pauses between cooking therefore you need to wait kinda long time before even being noticed.

3/5 basically because of the lasagna :) otherwise would be 2/5

Cola is hot, place is dirty and uncomfortable. Prices are unfair. Dirty plates are everywhere and nobody takes care of them.

I wanted to pay my Pizza which cost 14,99 zloty with 20 zloty and the cashier says that she can’t change what is this?Now i couldnt buy my pizza, very bad not having change what a shame of a food spot.Never coming again.

1.time of waiting, more than 10 min for pasta, over 40 min for pizza, 2.taste and look of food, 3. Not knowing when your food is ready, cause you have to pick it up by yourself and you basically don't hear kitchen staff when they 'yell' that your food is prepared, 4.ordered lamonade 2x-each glass different taste. Definitely not coming there anymore

Smaczna pizza na kawałki. Ciasto niby grube, jednak puszyste i delikatne. Dobry sos pomidorowy i ser. Kawałek pizzy duży, cena odpowiednia. Spróbowaliśmy klasycznej margherity i ortolony, czyli pizzy z warzywami. Na pewno co jakiś czas będziemy wracać.

The pastas are delicious, the ravioli vegetarian pasta specifically is excellent. Prices are a tad high, 35-40 zł for a portion. The ordering system could be improved, on a busy day you can easily stand in line 10 minutes just to place your order and then another 15 minutes to collect it. It is quite confusing. Quality of food as well as flavours are very good.

The best quality pizza I have ever eaten! Pizza is made with only fesh ingredients and you can get it in good low prices! I really enjoyed every bite of my pizza slice. What can I say other then, I Love IT ;))

Pizza for slices in Downtown 10 times better in my opinion.

I've been there some times with my girlfriend, and we like it. The pizza is a good version of the pizza that you can find in Italy. And both me and her, we are Italian, so we know what we are talking about ! 🇮🇹🍕

Good place for a business lunch, which I’ve had there a couple of times. Can’t say that the food was tasty or not, kinda average and nothing memorable. The coffee was nice though. The place itself is clean and quiet, which is a big plus for the meetings as I’ve mentioned before.

Came with no expectations and they still managed to dissapoint. Greasy, reheated piece of rubber, you cannot call it pizza. DO NOT waste your precious time and money. There is Vapiano on the same floor- fresh, cheaper and better pizza. "Love it pizza"- shame on you for doing my favourite dish such a disservice. Have you considered changing your name to "Hate it pizza"? That would suit you better.

I didn't like it, it was salty and heavy on the stomach
