I would say overall I had a great experience. The folks are very helpful and always answered my questions with very knowledgeable information about the company and the protocols. There is peace of mind in knowing they will help w repairs up to a month after the vehicle purchase..The only reason there are 4 and not 5 stars is I had to initiate repairs immediately after purchase. But 90% were covered with the 30 day insurance. I also understand this can be common and overlooked when purchasing used vehicles..I am very pleased with my purchase and the drive time staff. .

We pay for extra service, I think they call it premium. Well, that does nothing for you. We still wait a Hella time to get the car back. Really need to ask them to their face how much money do you have to spend to be given good service. Don't have time??? Don't schedule the appointment. I should not have to hound you at 3pm to get a car that had an 8:30am appointment.

Due to our circumstances Jose and Samantha went head over hills to make sure that we left with a great SUV big enough for our family. We appreciate everything they did for us and how patient they have been. It’s been a long journey but we don’t have any intentions on leaving. Thank you all for your help into making our transportation situation for our big family more comfortable.

Paul West has been a personal friend of my families for over 30 years. I've bought 3 cars from him over the years and have been mostly satisfied. However I purchased a car there 6 months ago. I got a flat tire and found out the spare tire for the car is not on the correct rim for my car. I called to get the situation corrected, and the only help offered was where to get a cheap spare tire. So much for christian values.

My car was recalled due to a glitch in the design, my visit to the Dealer was to have the problem fixed. They are wanting for the part so my issue is not yet fully resolved.

I love this place! Seamkess from in to out! Fast, clean, professional, and friendly. The wait was minimal for my oil change and check-up on my Ford. Clean bathroom and hot coffee or water while you wait in comfy chairs with a TV or a media room with more comfy chairs, counters for your laptop, and charge ports. These guys do it right!

Great service! I love the convenience of being able to check in for my appt through my phone and also getting updates on my service recommendations via a link sent to my phone. Cody was the best he kept me informed on potential issues with my service.

Best car sales team I have ever met. They were even cooperative with each other instead of exclusionary and competitive. Their finance department is their Achilles tendon. No pressure sales and fast our the door sales. They even delivered the car when I couldn't pick it up. I loved my salesperson, his very knowledgeable amazing teammate, and the manager even. You can't say that about other dealerships! Very happy and highly recommend them!

Just bought our family a new Expedition and we couldnt be more pleased! Staff was super friendly , while doing paperwork a staff member came out and shined it like a new penny which was completely unexpected due to it already being shiny! Took a photo of us with it for the dealership , and they made us a great deal. Very happy and highly reccomend!

I bought a certified used car from them two and a half years ago. It was a fight to get the extra set of keys. They still have not fixed the crack in my windshield that they promised they would. In fact they even lied and said they did it. The service department seems okay. It came with free oil changes for 2 years which was nice. But the service department also tries to cut corners. They say they do a lot of inspecting and you can see your car in the service department from the waiting room. They don't do everything they say they're going to do. For instance free tire rotation, turn signals and light inspections, tire inflation, filling all fluids. I have never been very happy with them. If the oil changes were not free I would go someplace else.

Phil and Chris are amazing! I have purchased 2 vehicles from Paul West and look forward to buying again. This is like no other dealership I have ever dealt with. They provide a necessary service to the community providing great vehicles at competitive prices. They will not put a car on their lot until they know it is in proper working order.
