Went to this store today with my daughters, only to have someone cut in front of us, who was returning a ton of items and was accepted by the clerk while not even apologizing. The way this store conducts business is not for people who want to spend money. My daughters and I waited for 10 min while the clerk completed the return. Then when it was our turn and another employee came over and spoke over us while we were still waiting to pay and he completely ignored us. I felt 100% disrespected as I am a nurse on vacation with my daughters. It was such a disrespectful and awful experience, we walked out of the store to another store. If you don't want to make money for a higher end store then put a sign out so people who want to spend money don't waste their time. I cannot believe this is how new Jersey stores treat their visitors/ customers.

My son purchased a bag for his sister and misplaced/lost the receipt. I took my daughter to exchange the purse and she didnt find anything she liked, so she asked for a refund, only to be discounted 50% of the price, mind you, it was only 4 days since the purchase. The policy in this store supposedly of such prestige is unheard of, needles to say i will be reporting the store and it's policies to the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau, this store SHOULD be permanently closed for unfair business practices. My brother is a lawyer so it wont cost me anything and I will tie them up in court and legal fees for the next year. My daughter at lest found someone to sell the purse to for the original price my son paid, so nothing lost, nothing gained, but this store will surely never see our faces again and i will let everyone we know of the incident to stay away from them, and I hope everyone that reads this review pays heed to it, DONT BUY HERE, THEY ARE THIEVES.
the staff, very rude. I went to change a bag that I hadn't bought for more than 8 days and it broke horrible, and they told me that they couldn't change it for me, but in a very rude way.

Don't order online. You wont even get a damn coupon for their mistakes. These companies should be grateful they have customers during a pandemic. Will not be buying another item ever again. Dissatisfied to say the least.

The manager, Joe, is very rude. He kept knocking on our door and asked me and my mom to have only one person in the fitting room.

We asked for a reason and he is like...I'm the manager and this is the policy.

I also want to point out that when we were waiting for someone to open the fitting room, he was just chatting around with other sales associates. I approached him and he did not even notice me standing next to him.

Ady, a sales associate, is also very impolite. She showed a very bad attitude towards us and asked us to clean up the clothes she thought we put in the fitting room, which were left in the room by someone else.

Another associate did not trust what the customer said and ran into my fitting room, counting the number of clothes I brought in, even though I have told her that it is within 5 clothes.

There is only one Asian guy who is very willing to listen to customers. He is always working hard on folding/arranging clothes and helping customers find a suitable size. He did not chat around like other associates. He also helped us with finding the right size, so we really appreciate it.

Store has changed. Use to have really cute employees. Maybe i went on wrong day. I also use to be able to get slacks and nice shirts. Guess its just there for advertisement purposes

I love the Perry Ellis brand. In this father's day weekend the store has affordable prices. The costumer service is ok. Not plenty shoe styles I hope it will improves.

Quality is good, come back here often because of quality and fitting.
But giving 3 Star as the sales staffs doesn’t attend at all.
I myself found out my shoes size and took it for billing,no sales staff attended

Came here to return an online order. I tried to return online, but the returns website was broken.

The store employee told me that they needed the original packing slip to return an order. My order was shipped in two boxes, and one of the boxes didn't have a packing slip, so those items weren't on there. I asked why the email receipt wasn't sufficient and was told that it's store policy. I asked whether that policy is in writing somewhere, as the website certainly doesn't say anything about it. He pointed to the written policy which also doesn't say anything about packing slips.

So I called the corporate number, and they were surprised by the policy too. They told me that the store has the right to set policies and refuse returns (really?), but to ask for the manager and get his name. When I did that, the story changed and they decided to process the return with just the email receipt.

Why did I have to spent 40 minutes and twist their arm to do a simple return? I couldn't tell you.

I JUST came from this store. Literally writing as I’m leaving. I came in looking for a work bag and was asked by a male who looked Hispanic and female short and white which did not introduce themselves a ton of questions. They kept asking me questions while I was looking for a bag for work and I politely used their help. As I was trying to make a finally decision for a work bag, I looked over and my little sister and I realized I was the ONLY person they were asking this question to. I didn’t intent to steal anything and I bought everything as any customer is suppose to do but I felt that they were profiling me. I don’t encounter this passive aggressive act but today I did and I felt that the manager needs to be aware of this.

I think it’s sad that they thought I was going to steal something when 3 minutes after I got in line a family took something and left.

Good luck with your company! Find a way to prevent theft instead of profiling ppl and making wrong guesses.

Seriously upset and sad for anyone who had to endure the confusion to whether buy an item from G by Guess or leave to show how disrespectful they are

nice clothes for sale, pretty good price... BUT the service there is annoying. just being there for a couple of minutes lets you know that the sales associates are relying on commission. they just bother you at this point. it's just impossible to go there and just look at items without being harassed. being asked by the same person if i need help 4 times in 5 minutes isn't cool at all. very uncomfortable. made me walk out the store.
