This place is so good. I go in there…Sit at the bar have a whiskey then order food to-go, sushi while I wait… no matter what I get (sushi hibachi fried rice whatever) it’s always big portions, perfectly cooked and worth every penny. Price is on par with most Japanese places but you pay for what you get here and always have patience for good food if it’s busy on a Thursday before 7pm (which is usually when I was there) you know it’s worth it. Enjoy the atmosphere, drinks and pond courtyard while the fire roars from the hibachi. 10/10

The man at the door NEVER smiles. It would almost seem as if he doesn’t like Americans. I brought my son here for his birthday, his 11th birthday mind you. I told them it was his birthday when we walked in, i reminded them before our cook got to us and then reminded them while he was cooking. Apparently he and everyone else forgot but did not forget to sing to the other four ADULTS in the restaurant. The old owner provided was better service and quality interactions. The ONLY improvement is the appearance. Otherwise my family and I, who were once regulars here will NOT be returning.

Delicious food served by a very friendly table chef and prices were competitive. It was kid friendly for our grandchildren, too. All 3 generations of our family enjoyed our meal and had fun.

Something unique to Sakura is the very nice Koi feeding pond at the main entrance. My granddaughters get all excited when their parents tell them "we're going to the fish restaurant." They really like it.

We had a great time there celebrating the end of the school year! The food was delicious and our chef was really funny.

This place is intimate, beautiful, and open. We went for a birthday (along with almost every other table) and had a phenomenal experience. The food was worth every penny (expensive side) and the show was even better. The cook saw there was a younger person who was a little scared so he talked with him and did little tricks with him.
It did take about 1,5 hours to even start cooking in front of us which is my only down fall to the experience.

Overall will be returning !

Sushi was delicious, sake was tasteful… Much gratitude to the beautiful woman that served us at the bar and gave us exceptional service!

Although there was a thirty minute wait we were able to find seating at the bar. After about ten minutes our server brought us menus & asked us what we’d like to drink. Food was received in a timely manner.

I wish I could recall the name of the rolls I ordered they were scrumptious!

Overall, it was a good experience. Highly suggest calling ahead & making reservation!

Absolutely amazing time !! Went out for a date night with my husband and I was greeted by the manager who was very kind. Our server was a very nice gentleman who was very attentive. 100/10 will eat here over and over again. Get the coconut shrimp !!!!

Mariah was out server today and she was one of the best we have had. She said she has worked there for awhile but we never see her. She had a smile and had everything we needed without us having to ask. Will be back to see her

I had the pleasure of being served by Maria at Outback Steakhouse, and I must say, her customer service was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, she greeted us with a warm and friendly smile. Maria was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and provided excellent recommendations. She ensured our drinks were always full and that our food arrived promptly. Her pleasant demeanor and willingness to accommodate our requests made the dining experience enjoyable.

I'd never ordered from here before, but it was great! The to-go host, Juliana was awesome and my food came hot and just how I ordered. She even recommended my new favorite salad! An easy 5 stars for Outback steakhouse, thank you for the great experience Juliana!

Honestly my server Mariah was exceptional! She was so sweet and catering to me to ensure I had the best dining experience. She was always on top of making sure my drinks were filled and was always so friendly to me and my family!

We have been coming here for the last 20 years. Tonight’s service was the best we’ve experienced. Our waiter, PJ am was very courteous and professional. He did an outstanding job. The overall atmosphere around us from the rest of the staff was very pleasant. We look forward to dining with you more in the future. Keep up the great job!

My server, Chris, did an exceptional job welcoming me to Outback Steakhouse and getting all the details of my order correct. He checked back several times and I was very impressed with his service! I ordered the prime rib sandwich with their new (and very delicious) wedge salad. Shoutout to Samantha too, for stopping by my table to chat for minute. Very friendly atmosphere!

I only gave 5 stars cause I couldn't give 6. Fast seating , great server, and menu that covered a lot of options. Meal was great and enough for 2 meals. Warm fresh bread to start and topped off drinks before we asked. We will go back again. And again.

I've never had a bad meal at a Longhorn! The baked potato is always the best. Steaks are awesome! Our waitress Madison was fantastic. Keep up the good work Longhorn!

We live about 2 hours away but we’re in town for business. We go to our local Texas Roadhouse a few times per month but I must admit that this one is even better. The food was perfect. Our steaks were cooked exactly as we asked. The rolls weren’t over cooked. We didn’t have to wait long for our food and our waitress was wonderful.

Got a to go order for my wife and I. I brought it to the hospital for her so we could finally have a good meal after 3 days. Cesar salad had no dressing, my medium rare steak was cooked to medium well and there was no plastic ware included in the bag. If you get take out, make sure every last thing is in the bag before you leave, odds are, there’s something missing.

Relaxing, friendly atmosphere. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, with a great baked potato and salad.

I went here for a friend's birthday dinner and it was great. It was kinda packed but great. I had a good time and great food. I had chicken tenders with double loaded mashed potatoes and a liquid marijuana.

If you love savory food you'll love it here. They have a great selection of food along with of course, steak. The restaurant is decorated with a southern vibe with warm lighting. I decided to come here for the first time after seeing all the rave about their Parmesan crusted steaks. I'd recommend it only if you like very savory/salty food, for me personally, it was too much and I had to scrape it off my steak. I've tried better steak but I think I just had a faulty one as my husband raved about his. My sweet potato side was splendid and the best SP I've ever had! The brown sugar made it divine. Our waitress was super sweet and friendly. Super easy to make small talk with and always checked in on us. Definitely give this spot a try out for yourself!

Amazing restaurant! The service is great and the waiters and waitresses are very friendly and sociable. Feels very cozy and friendly. The food is also great. They bring this amazing bread and butter as an appetizer (which is very addictive). The steaks are amazing. Large steaks that are grilled as wanted and very juicy.

I love Texas Roadhouse. The bread and the sweet butter are already awesome enough. Then I love their Ribeye because I love marbled steaks. I always go for the French fries and the Caesar salad for the sides and they never disappoint. The prices are reasonable. It does get pack though, so go there as soon as they open or be ready to wait some time to be seated.

My family and I had the best time here! We came to celebrate after an awards ceremony and the ending of our night was fantastic! Food was amazing! The staff was even better. Our Chef was so entertaining and interactive, he really made the experience so much more special! The smile on my children's faces... Priceless! Thank you!

I absolutely loved it, Teressa was our waiter and she was good at checking on us and timing, she was also so sweet to our 6 month old. Definitely coming back we loved it and the dessert was amazing!💙

You can never really go wrong with the Jacksonville NC Texas Roadhouse. My friends and I checked in at the parking lot and it only took about 15 minutes until we got the sms telling us our seat was ready. We also got a free appetizer for giving up our table in leau of sitting at the bar. The bartender was more attentive than a server would have been anyway. The steak was kind of dry considering its price but our 6+ bread baskets we ordered made up for it.

The establishment is clean and service is great. A good dinner spot for friends, dates, parties, meeting lunch/dinner. The interior is carefully dimmed and at a decent temperature with comfortable booths/ seats at the bar and high tables. The food is prepared nicely and at large portions as well for a reasonable price. I ordered a medium rare steak that most places seem to get wrong, but the chef knew what they were doing.

The alcoholic drinks are properly made, especially if you’re nice to the bartenders. The drinks are balanced and can be made stronger depending on the person and their taste. Just talk with the bartender and the staff. There is also a great beer selection to choose from as well. Of course all coca-cola products as well.

There is a handicap ramp along with the parking spots close to the front as well. The staff is very friendly and very quick as well. You will not feel rushed at all while ordering. They will make you feel as if you’re eating in your comfort at home.

A spacious and immaculate restaurant- the nicest Longhorn Restaurant I've ever been in. We were promptly seated and our orders taken. The menu was well designed and easy to read. The food was prepared and served in a reasonable time. I loved the potato soup and the pork chops were tender and tasty. The steak was flavorful and cooked to perfection. I was impressed by the waiter's checking in on us for refills or to inquire if we needed anything. Nor were we held captive waiting for our meal as the check was presented and processed when we had finished and were ready to leave. I highly recommend Longhorn Steakhouse if you are passing through Jacksonville. You will enjoy the experience. 😋

I’ve been here a few times before but I’ve never given them a review. Today I felt like getting a steak and it was a great idea. Service was super fast and the food tasted good. In my opinion I think the Cesar salad had a bit too much dressing however, I was very happy with the food and the service. Shout-out to Morgan for such a great job.

I like longhorn because the food and the drinks are always good. I love that I can add surf & turf as a side as well & it won’t break the bank. Their desserts need a major face & taste lift. The ice cream tastes like it’s been in the freezer for about a minute which completely ruined the taste of the chocolate cake/strawberry shortcake that I asked them to put it on. Customer service is always great. I will return & I highly recommend this restaurant.
