Mathew’s personal training is really great, I thoroughly enjoy my training sessions every time. He ensures that my movement is always correct to avoid any injuries.
Mathew is focused on individual targeted training. My fitness level has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my flexibility and muscle tone.
Training combined with static and dynamic stretching I feel like a newborn after my training sessions with Mathew.

Training at Rushcutters Bay with Matthew has been amazing. In the 2 months we have been going our muscles are looking toned and more defined. We also sometimes have boxing sessions which I find a lot of fun. Matthew’s very aware of our limits and he’s very knowledgeable about nutrition too. It’s great being outside and enjoying the bay and being healthy by working out at the same time. I highly recommend Xcelerate health.

Would highly recommend Matt for any future training. He was fantastic with our work group class! Matt took time to know everyone in the work out and ensured that we were always pushing hard but also knew our boundaries and any injuries.

I’ve been coming to Xcelerate for a while now. Matt is a great trainer who knows when to encourage me, and keep me improving. (He keeps a record of everything)! A few years ago I had a stroke, so sometimes need extra guidance, and Matt helps me achieve my best.

Great studio for Personal Training! Ken is an outstanding coach who delivers a perfect balance between challenging yet fun exercise sessions. If you want to get into 1:1 sessions, this is the place to do it :)

I have only just started a couple months ago, but the experience so far has been amazing! Not just my PT Ken but everyone I’ve met so far at the gym has been super friendly and encouraging! Definitely recommend to at least check this place out!!

5 star gym, 5 star trainers & 5 star members. As a former staff member, I have seen the amount of love and care the RH team puts into their work. During my time at RH I saw an insane amount of members go through amazing body transformations - this is no accident, it is directly correlated with the effort that the RH team put in. The team trains together, competes in events with their members and they bring in top quality speakers and educators to improve their craft. Moving forward I will try to emulate what I learned at RH and will highly recommend them to anyone looking to better themselves.

Couldn’t recommend Ken enough! I’ve had multiple PT’s in the past and never managed to stick at it due to disengagement, this is not the case with Ken. The training program is fun and exciting but I still feel a sense of accomplishment after each session and one bit closer to my goals. The perfect balance of accountability!

Matt is a thoughtful trainer who listens to his clients and caters to their specific needs. I have already seen a huge difference after 8 weeks of training and feel much stronger now as a result. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get in better shape and feel better.

Matt is a great trainer. I have worked with him for nearly 2 years now and he has helped me significantly build my strength and cardio fitness. He genuinely cares about his clients and in addition to improving my fitness, has also provided some great guidance on diet and sleeping habits. He has also somehow got me running again (something I haven't done for years and years). Would highly recommend him for one on one coaching or group sessions.

I’ve been training with Jonty for almost 2 months now and am pleasantly surprised by the positive impact and results in such a short time. He is a professional, knowledgeable and experienced trainer covering not only well planned and beneficial sessions in the gym but my diet and maintenance during the off days. I think it is this holistic approach which allows people to really see some changes and learn some lifelong positive habits. I have been training with Liam for a few years and believe he is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around. I really enjoy the variety and challenge he puts into the sessions.
Liam also helps me to achieve my goals and checks up on me between sessions.
All the trainers are extremely friendly and welcoming at the gym and it is very clean and not over crowded.

I always look forward to Luke’s class every week, and I have been training with him for years. He pushes you hard when he can but it’s all for your own benefit, he is definitely a great trainer!

This is hands down the best boxing/fitness class in the park. Luke tailors the class to your ability. The classes are friendly and effective and as an instructor Luke is a professional with years of experience under his belt.

Luke is a great and supportive trainer. His corporate classes are a lot of fun and my strength, fitness and motivation has really improved, after just a few weeks! Would highly recommend Luke's classes to everyone, no matter what your fitness level is.

Luke’s boxing classes are fantastic- challenging but also fun. It’s been a very motivating experience coming along to class and I have found i am fitter, more energetic and less stressed. He also takes the time to cater to all levels and help improve your technique.

Luke is a fantastic trainer able to cater to all fitness levels. Always love coming to the classes. Love the different range of exercises and particularly enjoying learning good form/technique when boxing.
