Mathew’s personal training is really great, I thoroughly enjoy my training sessions every time. He ensures that my movement is always correct to avoid any injuries.
Mathew is focused on individual targeted training. My fitness level has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my flexibility and muscle tone.
Training combined with static and dynamic stretching I feel like a newborn after my training sessions with Mathew.
I highly recommend Mathew to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated trainer.

I’m nearly 80 and Mat has me much fitter and healthier all round. Fun too.

Training at Rushcutters Bay with Matthew has been amazing. In the 2 months we have been going our muscles are looking toned and more defined. We also sometimes have boxing sessions which I find a lot of fun. Matthew’s very aware of our limits and he’s very knowledgeable about nutrition too. It’s great being outside and enjoying the bay and being healthy by working out at the same time. I highly recommend Xcelerate health.

Would highly recommend Matt for any future training. He was fantastic with our work group class! Matt took time to know everyone in the work out and ensured that we were always pushing hard but also knew our boundaries and any injuries.

I’ve been coming to Xcelerate for a while now. Matt is a great trainer who knows when to encourage me, and keep me improving. (He keeps a record of everything)! A few years ago I had a stroke, so sometimes need extra guidance, and Matt helps me achieve my best.

Over the past 7 weeks Mat has made a real difference towards achievement of my fitness goals with his encouragement, useful background information, and attention to form. Sessions are focused but also fun. Hitting the mark for tone and strength. Thku, Mat!

Matt is a thoughtful trainer who listens to his clients and caters to their specific needs. I have already seen a huge difference after 8 weeks of training and feel much stronger now as a result. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get in better shape and feel better.
