Love that we are able to buy our products for our business in bulk. A very, very wide variety of kitchen/catering products is available. It's definitely a one-stop shopping experience. Staff is also helpful.

Awful experience. The employees do not care. Do mot expect to get help from them. They buew the customet as a problem and in the way. They barrell around on forklifts with almost no regard for the safety of people, are anniyed when you amk them questions and simply poiny and say "the product your looking for is over there". They do the litetal least when it comes to helping the customer.

Visited this place 12 years ago on my overseas trip to Orlando. I'm looking forward to revisit this place again this July 2023 as the equipment I purchased (pizza peels and stuff) are still in a very good condition.

Took me 5hrs early. Made it seem like that’s not the usual though. 2-4 parking spots for overnight. Had me unloaded in less then 1hr. Pretty hard angles for backing though. Not enough room to pull up. I’d come back.

Well I was supposed to get my trailer today instead I do not even have a date for pickup. All they give you here is excuses and no solution. They tell you to pay in full so you can get your trailer give you a date and then tell you some excuse about missing doors and windows. The largest and best in the business cannot figure out a solution to parts. Meanwhile you send emails and instead of fixing the issue you are told that it’s not going to change anything to send emails. I can share a copy of the email to whoever thinks it is untrue or they have an answer to this review. This has been a nightmare to deal with this company. I have reached out to the owners Amin and Connie and staff who can supposedly help Britney, Mario, Bridget, Juan Carlos, nobody has a solution they don’t care once they have your money. There are plenty of alternatives to giving your money to people that don’t appreciate you as a customer. I would advise you do your homework before spending your hard earned money.

For drivers: Facts- got here at 0500 for 0700 appt, staff gets in at 0600. I was done by 0645. Paid lumper fee of $200 for 11 pallets. Bathroom inside once open. Opinions: very fast unloading, friendly staff. Can be tight backing if too many trucks, there’s all types of trucks and vans. Overnight parking if you get here early and pick a door right away. Will continue to come here.

While the customer service is responsive, the company does not honor the prices or terms of online orders placed on their website. Like the prior reviewer, I placed an order for an appliance and accessories via REWOnline. The product was represented and advertised with Free Shipping. Upon review of the order, they company responded by requiring $750 in shipping, which was reduced to $575. Still, I chose to pay the higher price compared to other stores as represented, based on the fact that shipping was included in that price. The business responded by arguing that they could change the price at any point, despite the fact that their terms explicitly state that "All prices listed are contingent on this order being placed via our online internet store" as it was in this case. I do not recommend ordering on line from this business, and would refer any would-be customer to instead visit a reputable online retailer like ckitchen.com, Katom, or Webstaurantstore.

I placed an order for 3 wall mounted shelves... The same day I received an email stating they needed additional info. Upon calling them they said they don't carry these items in stock and order them when they receive an order. Either way. They price was going up 30%.... I inquired why their site allows you to place an order and pay for the items at one price if a day later the price was going to increase so much. She says the site is only accurate based upon their most recent orders and that as many as half the items on the site could be inaccurately priced. Lady was perfectly friendly but if you buy from them expect them not to honor any prices that are on their site.... (ie Bait & Switch)

I own a local Soap Manufacturing Company. I visited Allway in search for sheet pans and a sheet pan rack. These items were priced on their website at $85.88 and $99.88 accordingly. Their website pricing is competitive and we wanted to support a local business like ours. Unfortunately when we located the items in-store no prices were displayed. When asked the employee stated the prices were $133.00 and $168.00 accordingly. A 162% increase in their advertised price. Their equipment in-store is priced non-competitively in a transparent attempt to take advantage of last-minute shoppers and local restaurant and business people that are in dire need of high-importance equipment. I like to support local businesses, however, I will be doing my shopping for items like these online in the future. I would recommend fellow business owners to do the same. Overall customer service was fine. Transaction was clunky with paper receipt. Small items like containers were near-competitive.

Bought a fryer few months ago and after about a week the fryer starts leaking oil from underneath. It was a minor problem but I'm a lady and I have no idea how to get this fixed. So I called this owner asking him to come over to take a look at it but for nearly two months, He didn't call nor show up. There's NO customer service at all!
Finally I called one of my friends come over and he used some taflon tape for the tube and everything works fine again.

Purchased ice shavers for $500.00 from this business, he said he would get me a extra blade for the shaver. Came back 3 months later for a new blade, he said where's your receipt? Had pictures of my shavers on my phone, he said to text him my receipt. I live in Leesburg. The green shavers has no serial number or manufacturers information. I dont what to do now! Be warned!

My wife and I run Sugar Rush Marshmallows, and more than a year ago we began our adventure with One Fat Frog. Amin and Connie did an excellent job sharing our excitement there in our early stages and we were so looking forward to returning. Since then it has been an adventure for sure, but here on the other side of it, I can confidently say that in my experience I'm positive that they are doing the best they can to get an excellent job done for as many people as possible. If you're a food business and you want to get a food truck or food trailer built, these are the guys to work with.
One thing to be sure to inform you of, though, is that it is going to take so much longer than they can estimate and longer than you can prepare yourself for (at least in our experience) Communication while our trailer was in production was far less than we had hoped for and expected and was a fairly great source of frustration for us, which is my one complaint with the Frog. That is something that I wish they would try to tighten up on. The process of production is something that any owner is going to want to be able to keep track of and I think the sales reps could do better jobs keeping their clients involved.
But Connie, Amin, and all of the guys doing the build outs were awesome. As was our sales guy, Jimmie (and he continues to be.) The trailer we received was perfect and any minor adjustments they have been quick to deal with. Our questions (which were many!) didn't stop when we pulled away with the trailer and I can happily say that the Frog team has been quick to answer all questions, been a valuable source of advice, and is a place I'm happy to take my trailer back for updates, adjustments, etc.
We will be returning to them in the future if/when we need another truck or trailer done, for sure. I sincerely appreciate the work they are doing and have been very impressed by the "aftercare" which is something many businesses don't seem to place importance on. If you want do get into this business, this is the place to go to get your dreams to come true.

Don’t purchase from this place!!! I’m writing this because I don’t want anyone else to be ripped off! Yes, they have plarntynin stock at great prices...BUT they’ll sell you something that doesn’t work, tell you it’s under warranty, “fix” the equipment, and when it still does not function, the owner Benjamin will refuse to take the equipment back and much less offer a refund. We purchased a rostiserrie for $2,950 that we were never able to use. He came an udaptes a transformer outside of the equipment itself, a hazard, to say the least. The machine still doesn’t work and he still refuses to accept is back. It’s a shame, because we’ve done business with them many times before.

The worst customer service ever. I never write reviews but my experience was so bad that I had to write one. I had about $200 of stuff and they write everthing on a recipe instead of ring it in like most places. Be care they write really messy so you don't know what is itemized. And then they add extra items on the receipt.so I asked her to tell me was I bought and go over the receipt. She charged me twice on two items. Also wanted to buy a soup warmer and they agree to match the web price and I agreed to take it and the end the daughter that was working their told me they didn't want to sell it at that price. They calulated everything on a calculator 4 times. That told 30 min. I was over it so I just left. If they don't want my business I'll just go else were. The last time I was there it was the same thing. Buyers beware

I have a local business in Sebring, FL. Last week, my chef said a 12" meat slicer was making big noise. I asked around to see if anyone can fix the problem. One of my friends told me that Allway in Orlando might be able to help me out. It is about 2 hours drive for us to get to Orlando from Sebring. But it seemed to me it is worth the trip, since the chef told me motor of the slicer is going to be dead. I brought this slicer to Allway on a trip to downtown Orlando. After I explained the problem to Benjamin Chen (the Store Manager), I asked how much will cost him to check the problem for us. He told me it is free. he check the machine. After his quick diagnose, he told me that the problem would annoy the chef constantly and that I only need to buy the replacement parts and he will fix the problem for free. He suggested me get a new bearing for my slicer. Instead of buying a new slicer for $1,300 or a new motor for $350, I had the problem solved right away by Benjamin who replaced the bearing for only $100. To my surprise, I only paid $100 in total to have my slicer running smoothly like a new slicer again. I really appreciate his courtesy in service and very kindly customer service. It is a good size shop where we see several other business owners shopping for bargains there. This week, this machine has been running smoothly and quietly. We will definitely come back for goods and services in the future. And I strongly recommend Allway to the Chef, and Owners of restaurants business for their service.

This company has to be staffed by the worst customer service staff I have ever seen. They are the most inefficiently run business, which must only manage to make money by reneging on promises they make to get the sale. I bought a used two door drink cooler, and was assured that they would deliver it into the shop, cart off the old one, and make sure the new (used) one was as good as new. When they arrived they refused to do anything but drop it at the curb, would not do anything with the old one, and the new(used) one was delivered with no functional lighting, a broken door spring, a fan grate that won't attach, and was missing two shelves. After cajoling them into 4 service calls, I finally gave up. Each time their totally inept service technicians came to the shop, they were unable and ill prepared to fix the simple problems that had been identified.

I had a WONDERFUL experience with this company and can't believe some of the other comments I have read here. The staff and owners went out of their way to make sure my needs were met and everything went more smoothly than I could have EVER imagined. The equipment I purchased was in tip top condition and was delivered to me in a very timely manner.

We stop there in a search to find additional refrigeration for our expanding business. We were interested in a piece of equipment and they inform us they needed to verify it worked and clean it up.
After reading the horror stories and reviews on the web (from Google, Yelp, and others) about how their equipment did not work and issues with their warranty, we offer to pay half up front as a deposit and half when we pick it up the next day once we verify that the equipment actually worked.
The sales lady brought out the owner to talk to us, who inform us we needed to pay up front since it was not fair for him and that we needed to trust him that it would work once we picked it up later on. Furthermore, the owner began to talk a hostile tone with us as we were in the wrong for asking to verify it is operational before purchasing.
This is simply shady business practices especially when they are trying to sell used equipment that you can not verify it is operational before purchasing.I ask that buyers beware of this business
****UPDATE - 1/17/2013 - I came back to review this and notice magically that their is 4 positive reviews that came on within a two day span after my review and how reviewers found the positive comments helpful and the negative comments not helpful. The Google score was 9/30 when I posted it and now is magically 17/30.
When you look at the positive comments, take this into consideration: They sell used restaurant equipment and primarily clientele would be restaurant owners. Now read the comments and ask this question: "Who would write this type of review, someone who owns a restaurant and actually purchase the used equipment or someone on behalf of the company writing a nice write up to help counter the negative comments written by individuals????
Why would a consumer lawyer write a review or another consumer would put in store tag lines "Ya gotta love the Frog!"????????
PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS COMPANY - YOU MAY HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE THEN I DID AND I HOPE MY EXPERIENCE WAS NOT TYPICAL; BUT, IN MY OPINION WHEN YOU HAVE THIS TYPE OF FISHY COMMENTS - HOW CAN YOU TRUST THE POSITIVE COMMENTS???

Terrible experience. Called to find out if they had any steel prep tables in stock. Was told that I had to come in to find that out and they could not check for me. So I'm supposed to drive two hours round trip to get there with no idea if they will have what I need. I'm then told that I will have to keep making that drive regularly to check back as there is no way to check current stock.
Go back and take Customer Service and Sales 101 over again.
