The young lady who cut and shampooed my hair did such an extraordinary job, and what I note, too, is that due to my hours at work and that I did not get out until about 615 that evening, they let me in anyway, and did a great job. It was my first time going to a salon for a haircut in years. I never trusted anyone with my hair. I decided to stop by and was attended by a very nice woman. I believe her name was Raquelle (I hope I spelled it right). Her service was beyond amazing. Her customer service and knowledge on hair and my specific hair type was exceptional. You can tell she loves and has a passion for her work. I left super happy and my hair looks amazing. I will absolutely be coming back!

The stylist really helped me so much by recommending the best cut. She was so knowledgeable. I wanted my hair thinned and she explained that layers would be better. I’m very happy with my cut. Thank you!!

I had my hair cut by Ann. I felt like she did a rush job on my hair. After she was done blow drying i hair i brought it to her attention that my right side looked longer that the left side. She said it just looked that way because of the way she blow dried it. The drape kept falling off, and hair falling down my back inside of my overalls. I use to do hair for living several years ago, so i can tell the difference between a good and bad hair cut. I went home and cross checked my hair. And the layers in the back are shorter than the other side. I paid $55 for my haircut and I ended up with a rush haircut and uneven. Don't plan on returning. I guess I will go back to Cartels. At least there the hairstylist take their time with cutting your hair.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Sharon and the staff at OC Hair Lounge! I literally came across them through Google. My daughter needed to get in for a cut and color and she is new to the area. She loved her hair and the staff was friendly and kind! We will be back for sure!

I absolutely love this salon! I’ve been coming here for 10 years now and wouldn’t change a thing. They have every service you need! Not only do I get my extensions and color here from Sheena, but I do weekly acne treatments with Ruby. My skin and hair has never felt or LOOKED better. Highly recommend!

Do NOT go to Sun Hee at OC Hair Lounge. She will absolutely destroy your hair!! She has no clue what she is doing. I used to have long hair, and I lost more than HALF my hair and all of the root has BROKE. My previous stylist was 45 min away so I tried somewhere closer and what a MISTAKE. I should sue this lady for the emotional toll. Literally save yourself and run far away from this lady before she trashes your hair too.
