the food was so delicious. the chicken was fresh and just shredded which is really appreciative its was so delicious even i consider it as best shawarma i ever had.

this place was just okay for a shawarma wrap. got the chicken shawarma and it was dry. they need to put the sauce on the chicken instead of on the vegetables. at least the vegetables were fresh. they take debit or cash only. plenty of parking in the lot.

The Shawarma box has limited menu but every item on the menu is delicious. The Shawarma comes in a pita bread and a saj. The chicken shawarma has pieces of grilled chicken and an array of vegetables like cucumber, cabbage, onions , tomatoes. They also have pickles and turnips to bring out the acidic nature of the wraps. The sauces are good especially the garlic sauce. The service was quick and efficient. Good place to grab a bite if you are in this part of the town. Only con is some chicken bits are over charred which can be chewy.

I recently tried the shawarma box from Shwarma Box and it was a delightful experience. The flavors were rich, with perfectly seasoned meat and a variety of fresh, crisp veggies. We went for a chicken shawarma and the nice ladies made us a fabulous lunch! Tasty and a good price too!

What can I say, the shawarma was amazing. Cooked to perfection, juicy and great portion size. I had chicken platter with rice, salad and hummus. The service was great and the staff was very Friendly and provided quick service. I would definitely recommend this place for shawarma.

Love coming here as the food is always tasting fresh and delicious. The owner and staff welcome you in, and make sure you're well taken care of. Been coming here for the last 4 years, and the quality and taste has been consistent.

It was my first time having shawarma box, I had the half and half and Jimi and Sam were nice and friendly despite me being a new first timer. They really take pride in their food craftsmanship. Very large portions and quantity. Very good and reasonably priced and located right off Dixie 401 I loved it and will be back.

Very disappointed. Firstly, upon my arrival I was ignored as they were too busy playing with their computer. I then placed my order and saw him grab fries from the fry basket that had been previously cooked. I asked if the fries were hot and I was told yes. They were not hot in fact, they weren't even warm. I don't believe I'll be coming back to this restaurant again.

This place really is plus plus. Inviting customer service guys who serve me are friendly and smiling. They even free, hot tea on for the cooler weather.

Horrible. I just placed an order through skip the dishes. The bread doesn’t taste good. The sandwich is extremely dry I added tahini sauce for toppings and I can’t see anything. I’m not sure how to eat this. Just so bad. The picture says it all. Disgusting.

We came on Sept 30, 2023 at 8pm. We specifically told the waiter that we do not eat beef and we were given beef. So instead of the lamb swarma (which has beef) we changed to chicken.

Then when we got our plate. My husband had the little ball (fritter) which was mainly beef ( we did not know it had beef). He ate it and then swallowed without knowing.

I know what beef looks like based on my experience so I told the waiter what it was and he said “yeah, it’s beef.“

I complained to him and brushed it off like it was nothing. I then told the manager and he said “oh there must have been a miscommunication”.

Then some other guy came and he offered us a cheese roll to apologize.

Like seriously? A piece of bread. My husband is a Hindu and they do not eat beef. We told the waiter many times that we do not eat beef. So we trusted that he would not bring us beef, but I was wrong. He brought us beef.

I understand that it is a Mediterranean restaurant where beef if served but if customer says that they do not want beef in their food then do not bring it to the table. That is ridiculous.

Now my husband is dealing with the guilt because your restaurant doesn’t care about people’s wishes.

We never asked them to reduce the bill or give us something for the damage done. But the fact that their actions showed that they literally don’t care. We still paid full price ($90) because we just wanted to get the heck out of there instead of arguing with uneducated people.

Never going back. And never taking my friends or family there.

I took a picture as the display was nice before we ate but you can see those brown beef fritters sitting on top of our food which my husband ate. We specifically asked for NO beef and there is the proof that beef was given to us.

Lazeez Shawarma blew my mind! The portions were huge! I ordered a Chicken Shawarma Platter, which includes Lentil Rice, Salad, and Potatoes, and it was really enough for two people! But I was a hungry man, and I appreciated such a wholesome and satisfying lunch! 😊 The tastes and flavours were unique for shawarma, but when everything was mixed with the salad, it tasted quite good. If I return to the area then I will return to Lazeez Shawarma for another meal. I would bring my family and friends here. Great value, and a satisfying meal.

I went today and ordered a chicken shawarma sandwich. The service was very fast. My order was taken in less than 5 minutes. The sandwich was warm on the outside and the food on the inside was very cold and tasted bad, as if it had been prepared a long time ago. I will not come back again.

I came here on a saturday and the place was busy, however that did not effect the quality of food. Very nice staff, the owner gave me a beef shawarma cut while I was waiting. I got a chicken and beef shawarma and they were both perfect, in terms of portions, taste and price.

It was a great experience, amazing food, and caring staff. We met a waiter there who had to be recognized publicly. Judy was her name, and she was phenomenal. She was hospitable, caring, and knowledgeable. And she just had this friendly demeanor about her that made us all happy. By the end of our dinner, everyone agreed that she is one of the best waiters we've dealt with. La Mill is highly recommended.

Food wss very good but supper pricey. Service was not as hot but you are there for the party anyway. Atmosphere and music were is general top notch but vocal sound from the microphones could use some tweaking as it was very hard on the ears. My eardrums are still buzzing even a day after.

Thank you Shawerma Plus for catering my daughter's 3rd birthday! I couldn't have asked for better service! I was stressed out because the birthday was planned last minute and I wasn't sure what or how much to feed the parents. I reached out to Jawad and he instantly put me at ease and said he will take care of everything for me! He asked for 30min and then he called me back with a full menu at an extremely reasonable price! The honesty is what made this experience the most special because I actually asked for more sandwiches and he recommended that I didn't need them! Thank you so much and I can't wait to use your services again!

There's a common Middle Eastern belief that food is a celebration of life. Well, La Mill (35 Brunel Rd, Mississauga, ON L4Z 3E8) definitely knows how to celebrate life to the fullest, with a wide selection of mezza (Middle Eastern appetizers), salads, entrees, and wraps! With a spacious lounge, outdoor dining area, and wonderful service, this has been my favorite place for Middle Eastern cuisine for a while now!

The last time I went there, I ordered a platter of grilled halloumi cheese and a chicken shawarma that came with a side of fries. The halloumi cheese, with a firm but stretchy texture, was coated with a beautiful golden-brown crust, while the inside was soft and creamy. An utterly delicious contrast, the platter was a heavenly harmony of savory flavors, making it a true culinary delight. The chicken shawarma made the meal even better - with tender strips of chicken slow-roasted to absorb the fragrant spices wrapped in a warm, fluffy pita bread, the wrap has an *incredible umami flavor! With a side of fries, the meal was wholesome and fulfilling, but still left me wanting more!

I've long thought of Mississauga as the perfect place to commence a food tour. If you have a similar idea and want a Middle Eastern place to finish your tour, I would highly recommend La Mill! Shisha flavors, Arabic and Indian dishes, and delicious drinks - you'll definitely find something to your liking here! Warmly recommended!

Visited here a few times. Food was good, except for the last visit - the 'baby lamb' was not cooked well.

They offered to bring another one, but I refused. They did deduct that item from total price.

So 3 stars from me - like I said, the other times the food was good.

My mom ordered catering for a special occasion that had around 80 people and when I say everyone was loving the food THEY WERE LOVING IT. People were taking 4-5 containers home just because they were so excited to eat it the next day too. I usually hate left overs but I can eat their rice and meat for the whole week as leftovers. We ordered 2 trays of lamb with rice and chicken and rice (the meat was fall off the bone tender and the lamb didn’t have the meaty smell to it which is hard to come across)with hummus and babaghanoush with fattoush and tabouleh. The main event was the lamb i usually hate lamb because of the smell u get when you’re eating it but this lamb was out of this world. I would eat here every single day if I could. 1000000/10 no exaggeration! So amazing. The food was also prepared on time and the lady’s communication with my mom was spectacular!

Fantastic, can’t wait to return! Falafels are soft, flakey and one of the best around. Chicken shawarma was big tasty prices, hummus freak, everything great!

I was in Mississauga and looking for a quick location for lunch and saw the great advertising for Sharmabox from the road. I love a good Shwarma, so I decided to try it. The location was clean and welcoming with low frills, the menu was straight forward and easy to decide what to have for lunch. I landed on the Chicken Shawarma, loading up on veggies and the delicious pickled turnip. The staff team was super welcoming and seemed to appreciate our business. I absolutely love it everything about this store. The food, the staff, atmosphere etc. That first bite of the food told me everything I need to know about how my meal will go! I was with 2 other people and they agreed as well. The menu was very simple to understand and the staff helped me with anything I didn't understand. The staff was so sweet to us they not only gave us a free falafel plate (that was delicious btw, like a taste of home ♥️) but also a free barbican drink!! Overall 20/10 everything! Would definitely recommend you visit them for a great shawarma experience.

I came in to order the Baby lamb (Shish Kabab) platter and ended up ordering the dinner for two. While waiting, I was offered the crispiest, fluffiest and most delicious falafel ball I have ever had in my life - on the house! Its the little gestures that speak volumes! Yummy food, great service! 100 recommend!

Went for dinner… the atmosphere is ok with live music but very loud and smoky. Food is so-so, including the service. For drinks, not much of a selection… and pricey as well. The live music, which included one belly dancer was just so-so.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. It was a Sunday afternoon, and despite being the second customer, the worker seemed preoccupied with a personal call while taking my order. I ordered a falafel wrap with medium spiciness, but it turned out to be super duper spicy, making it inedible. Moreover, the falafel itself tasted tangy and seemed to have gone bad.

Unfortunately, I couldn't return or get a refund as I was in a hurry. I won't be revisiting this restaurant and cannot recommend it to others either.

About 18$ after tax for the box (chicken rice/fries/salad), flavour and value for what you pay is just above average. Compared to when they first opened I noticed they put less chicken but I guess that's to be expected nowadays with rising costs. And with only 2 workers on the floor, the owner/floor general does a decent job of dealing with the lunch rush.

The only thing is I would feel more comfortable if staff changed their gloves more often, or at least washed their gloves between rushes.

Still very good shawarma and whenever I have an above average appetite I stop by here because I can always expect a big portion.

Great dj and music the entire night. Food was yummy and deserves an easy five star. I didn’t enjoy the Shisha though not the best I have had. I wouldn’t recommend

Excellent food, staff and atmosphere, we ordered our go to the Large shawarma Family platter and it tasted very good, they also offer complimentary tea on the side which is something nice to finish off, the washrooms are very nice with nostalgic and iconic cartoon references in it.

The meat is scooped from a container and not cut directly from a shawarma machine so obviously the chicken was dry. Only giving 2 stars because they were generous with the portions.

25 minutes away and I come home with a big piece of hair in my food and burnt salty pieces of rice all in food in just my first couple of bites this happened. On top of that I called the restaurant 3 times at 1:30am when there was still 3 workers there 2 of them which were sitting down. And no answer on the phone. Absolutely disgusting. I can’t even get to the restaurant because I live so far and won’t be compensated for anything.

Tarboosh is the best around and has been the best around for years. Usually, I don’t write reviews but I felt Tarboosh deserves it. I have been visiting for more than a decade!! Their food is always top quality and the ownership is top-class! They ensure the staff is on their A-Game and work hard on each and every customer.
The meat quality is second to none. The beef shawarma is exquisite. Extremely juicy, amazing meat, fresh ingredients and love from the chef.
I would recommend this restaurant to any and all food enthusiasts. It is affordable and enjoyable.

Cozy atmosphere to be in with friends or family. Beware of hookah as it’s done both inside and outside. Not the most aesthetically pleasing, but its unique and I like it.

FOOD IS PHENOMENAL. So good, and for the price you’re really getting a bang for your buck. Meat is seasoned perfectly, juicy and tender. Rice is perfectly cooked, and humus is done to perfection.

Given the price and how many people could eat from it ($74.99 and 6 people could comfortably share it) it’s amazing. Do try!! 9.7/10

I came on last Tuesday and they were have a new Item with daily special two Lunch boxes $ 19.99 really it was nice options comes with it. The chicken and Beef were juicy and delicious also their Falafel wraps and on the rocks.

My experience was absolutely garbage. I ordered 2 poutines but I got 2 POOtines. Chicken was missing and they gave us crusty musty dusty cheese curds. Fries were way overcooked and instead of gravy they gave us a garlic and BBQ sauce soup. The food looked like it came out of a clogged sink. Stay away from this place!!! I hope I don't end up vomiting.🤢🤢🤢

The food is great and good amount, the music is cool, different for a person that doesn't have a middle East background.
But service is not that great. There is a lot going on so they were a little dispersed. And please don't ask for water, they charge $2.50 for a plastic bottle water, Rather ask for a soda, if you don't drink alcohol.

Sorry, the food was good but my girlfriend chocked on a chicken bone from a shawarma wrap. And I didn’t receive my fries which I payed for. All around not to good. Love for you to make it up to me.
These meals were ordered late on Sunday evening. They were a delivery order to the door through skip the dishes.

My sister celebrated her birthday here last night. The food was okay, nothing special. The service was pretty good minus the fact that we had to continuously look for and call on our server for whatever, rather than being checked on during our visit. The vibe is awesome; especially the layout, lighting and music (especially dj). Despite all of this, I still gave this place 1 because I ABSOLUTELY lost my hearing as a result of being there last night. I left having a massive headache and RINGING in my ears. I took an advil before going to sleep, and still woke up this morning to a huge headache, RINGING in my ears, and extremely hurt ears (like the inner ear is in pain).

If you want to save your hearing, don't attend this place.

I was confused when I got to the place because it was called shisha king cafe on google, but when we got there there the place was called La Mill. Google maps may have registered 2 different names.

Upon the first look of the place, it has a very non-welcoming entrance. A small wooden door divides the restaurant into indoor and outdoor seating.

The Outdoor seating can get cold (also I visited this place during the winter). We made sure to sit right under the heater.

We ordered Lady killer sheesha, mixed grill, hummus, labneh and shawarma meal.

Hummus was pretty average. I have had better. The Mixed grill and Shawarma were very good and delicious. Their French fries were really good… crispy. I believe they are the Costco fries.

Overall a decent place.

Amazing chicken shawarma! Definitely a hidden gem! We got the chicken shawarma box with rice and trust me when I say this is probably the best shawarma I’ve had in Mississauga. Super fresh! They use proper basmati rice which a lot of other places don’t! You can definitely tell they care about the quality of food! Sorry about the photo. Couldn’t wait to dig in!

Im writing this review after my second visit to this place. And it was no different than the first time. Great consistency.
The dinner was served in generous board and great quantities, and several dishes For AUTHENTIC AUTHENTIC middle eastern appetizers.
The servers in this place are extremely friendly and fulfill orders very fast.
Shisha is great.
And the atmosphere, vibes and lighting were fantastic.
More food came to the table but was busy enjoying the taste rather than taking pictures.

One of the best Mediterranean food I have ever had. Excellent customer service was provided by the server. The food was very delicious and unique food presentation. All my family members like the food. Dessert was also amazing.

The restaurant has indoor and outdoor dining in that I feel is great, especially for bigger groups. Furthermore, the restaurant is located near the 401 entry and exists. Lastly, the restaurant is located in a plaza that has a big parking space. For sure I go there again and again. Highly recommended. Enjoy

The chicken shawarma is fantastic and I love the garlic sauce. It is very freshly prepared and the fattoush salad was also excellent.
The falafel is so tasty as well.

Their pita bread that comes on the side could use an upgrade as it gets stale about 5 min after they bring it to the table.

A small note to the owners: We’ve been here several times and always find the dining room to be too cold. If you could turn on the heat it would make the dine in experience more enjoyable. Last time we were there everyone was wearing their jackets while dining.

I just walked in and asked them “ why it’s called shwarma box?” And this is what they came up with! I say they did a great job on the Box! I would definitely stop by at the Sbox if I pass by and feel like having a Shwarma Box. Sam did an amazing job on dressing. Thank you Sam. However, for the price perspective I would give it a good 4 star since each box is around $20 ( c+b). Great for sharing but for one person to have a fullsize box is $20 which is on a bit higher side $$$. Place is great, clean and friendly. Wheelchair accessible too

The best Chicken Shawarma wrap we have tasted! We have been buying here for a few years now and when the pandemic happened, we forgot about this place because we were not going anywhere. Yesterday though, we passed by the area and decided to buy again. It was as good as I remember, and I cannot believe how we even forgot about this place! Highly recommended. We tried other shawarma places before and we always end up going back here.
