This is a very bad location, avoid it at all costs. The customer service is horrible. I witnessed a LabCorp employee at the White Oak location yell and scream at a customer including cursing at him. This behavior is unacceptable. It's disappointing that the people in this neighborhood have to deal with such terrible people with bad attitudes.

The receptionist was rude very loud. She violated HIPPA she was telling the other receptionist my information while the others people heard all the information. She was very unprofessional., very loud mouth. Please don’t go to this location.The phlebotomist inside is an all ball game. The phlebotomist are very professional but the front desk are the first people you see are suppose to be the one with costumer’ service.

They didn't run all the tests my doctor had ordered (they ran 1 out of the 3) resulting in me having to take more time off from work to come back in for an additional blood draw.

In addition, the nurse that drew the blood seemed far more concerned about the flow of blood she could get than my comfort so she drew from an odd place on my arm. I have a high pain tolerance and the pain was absolutely excruciating afterwards.

Very disappointing and I will be looking to get my blood work done elsewhere in the future.

Pretty busy, even at 830am on a Saturday! The nurse we had was not that great when drawing blood, a dime size blood spot on the bandage afterwards

I went to this location on August 14th, 2024 and honestly they were so amazing! The staff helped out a lot with my 5 year old. A staff helped with my sister to calm her down and it honestly helped her so much. I was so anxious about going but I’m so glad I went to this location!

Made appointment on their website system , check in very easy on my phone and in and out in 15 min - good experience , nice facility

Absolutely terrible. There were 2 technicians in the room, one entering data and was obviously new and poorly trained. The other, which drew my blood, kept correcting the other one and was doing it poorly. She took two tubes of blood, put both in the tray to send to the lab, and the took one tube and put it in the sharps disposal bin. I have been waiting for results for two weeks. 7 days I submitted an online follow up request with no response. I used their “chat feature” and after a long exchange I was referred to their customer service number. After being on hold for 50 minutes i was disconnected.
I have been using Quest at different locations (I travel) for years. That changes as of today.

Great customer service. Dina and Shanika was amazing.
As a suggestion they should have a coffee machine to keep this energy all day. I had to ask the if they have one.

Our technician was very friendly and professional. She explained the process clearly and took care our tests very efficiently.

Gets busy but still manages the crowd well on a Saturday morning - Front desk's a busy place, but, clear and concise.

No such rush in the lab rooms - I've been twice and brought my whole family another time, and always got kind service from empathic techs, and some of the least painful and simplest blood draws I've ever had.

Short wait! Prompt and pleasant service. Comfortable environment. Convenient location.

This LabCorp took good care of me. I had to remain at the office for three hours and have my blood drawn four times. They were right on time for every time-sensitive draw, and they checked in on me between draws to make sure I was comfortable and feeling okay. The staff and their responsiveness and timeliness are 5 stars, for sure; the waiting room, a little less, as it's not quite amenable for such long visits.

Housed inside the white oak medical center - drive past the ER on your right, then make the next right and park in the garage (free for 30 minutes or less). The entrance next to the parking garage is where you go in, then look for the elevators on your right and go to the second floor. You can make an appointment online for a time slot before you go. Clean and new facilities, kind and competent phlebotomist. I was in and out in about ten minutes.

Stay away from this place. Very rude and unprofessional. I sat for nearly half an hour before stating the purpose of my visit, and I was the one who had to stop someone and ask. Associates were walking back and forth, laughing and hardly working. And last but not least--the entire reason for this post--is that they advertise themselves as a drug & alcohol test site, and even have signage on the door stating they perform these services, yet after not being helped, leading me to grab someone's attention, they inform me they only do DNA test.....

THEN WHY IS IT ON YOUR DOOR?!?! WHY DO YOU HAVE YOUR LOCATION LISTED AS PERFORMING SAID TEST(S)?! Whhyyyyy???

Avoid this place folks. They need to get their act together, and their employees need much needed training in customer service.

I have an immigration DNA test this morning at 9 am. However, I was there until 9:30 am, and others were there too. Their door was locked and their phone was not working. Simple they are an irresponsible and unreliable center. I want to say that don't waste your time and money STAY AWAY FROM THIS CENTER!

This Immigration DNA lab is not good. I went to this place to get a DNA test for my mom. I paid $660 while other places charged $500. The biggest concern was not about the money, but the fact that the sample was not good 6 months later, they told me I would have to retake the test. When I went back to this place to ask what's going on, there was 5 other people DNA results failed too and we all went an immigration DNA lab in Washington DC on that day. It took us more than one year to get the results while other DNA places provide the DNA results in 45 days. This place is not good for DNA Immigration purpose.
