I really enjoyed this dessert place. my sister and I came here and really enjoyed the ice cream and cookies. I also got a brownie because I was really craving a brownie and now I really want to try more of the items. It is kind of expensive, but I’m sure that is necessary to keep places in business nowadays. This place would be great for dates and times with family. as always much love from Houston and the universe.

On a late night rides and we came across dessert. Open late it seem the line never dies down but it stay moving. There take one the classic cookies were on point, along with the deluxe, they did very well. Hope to see more unique cookies on the menu soon.

First time trying Insomnia in Houston. I’ve had the original in Chicago.

Vegan review: lines were long at 11:30pm on a Saturday night. I ordered one of each vegan cookie they offered: chocolate chip, double chocolate chip and confetti. My cookies weren’t fresh but warm and crunchy. The confetti has to be my favorite out of the three vegan options. The chocolate chip is good but has a weird, old aftertaste. Double chocolate chip was the smallest in size but tasted fine.

Would I come back here again? No. I’ve had better vegan cookies, which are definitely cheaper, fresher and larger in size. I’m not going to go out of my way to try this place again.

Lived up to all the hype. Heard about Sprinkles for years. Never been before. Excellent first bite. Ordered dark chocolate, marshmallow, and seasonal peppermint. Hope to return. (Wouldn’t go back to the other place)

We came because of Food Network. Staff was fast and friendly. Loved the presentation of the cookies. My only issue is that the dough for the brown butter chocolate chip and brown butter chocolate chip with pecan was VERY salty. We also purchased the Reese’s oatmeal pie which great.

I think the price for these cookies are ridiculous but the cookies itself were delicious. This was my first time trying Insomnia Cookies. I bought 4 cookies for roughly $20🤯 Chocolate chunk, Chocolate peanut butter, S’mores, & Cinnamon bun.

Plenty of parking in front of the store, which was a plus for me. The restaurant was clean. I would eat here again & try different flavors but not no time soon lol.

Came to get the limited time mango cupcakes and the cashier was nice and friendly. Inside was clean and it all took a few minutes. Parking was easy since it was so late, close to their closing. The cupcakes were the biggest disappointment. No mango flavor in the actual cake, no cardamom flavor in the frosting. Without the mango center it would've been a regular cake with cinnamon frosting.

Great place that has good customer service,sometimes samples, and a sweet treat for different tastes. I've been twice.. and I will be back again. The picture I added is Oreo cheese cake. It took days to eat because it's super sweet to me .. but it's good.

Loved our cupcakes, we used y go to Sprinkles all the time when we lived is California, good to know Texas has this so my daughter can experience this. ❤️

Jerry Seinfeld once said "Look to the cookie!" and I couldn't agree more. If you're looking for a creative cookie as well as a phenomenal customer service experience, The Bearded Baker never fails!

Cute and clean shop. I am however disappointed that I have to enter in my own order on a self serve tablet, process my own payment, pay for a little cardboard to go box and STILL be asked to TIP!! Ridiculous. The cupcakes are cute but not the best in town, especially after having to figure out the whole tablet order taking system to get 1 overpriced cupcake. This self order, self pay and TIP system is ridiculous and for this reason I am no longer shopping here. It is a luxury for customers now to buy expensive cupcakes as cost of living increases - this is not how I want to spend hard earned money having to do everything myself and being asked to tip. Please also take into account you must pay for parking to go to this location. I’d rather go to the grocery store bakery, at least there they will at least ring it up for me and not have the audacity to ask for a 20 percent tip. Tipping asking is out of control and Sprinkles doing it now is such a turn off for once loyal customers.

Thank you mercedes for making last minute adjustments for my daughters birthday cake. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to have outside cake so decided to get a French vanilla cake from Lucy pearls. She decorated for my two girls, they  Loved it thank you!

Delicious desserts and great service today by Mercedes. The strawberry cupcakes are wonderful with the crunch. Had to buy 2 of them. Definitely coming again, had to leave a review. Service was exceptional. Supporting small businesses with great customer service is always the way to make me keep coming back. Thanks again Mercedes for the wonderful stories and I’ll tell the family back in Memphis, Lucy Pearls is the place to be.

Had the chance to visit Lucy Pearl's and I have to say the customer service from Mercedes was phenomenal. I wanted to try something different and she suggested the gluten free cupcake and this amazing cake. She took her time and answered all my questions. Hands down both were exceptional. I will definitely be back!

Awesome customer service!
All the cookies were extremely fresh, I came in the afternoon.
The ice cream was very smooth and I could tell it's being frozen properly.
Very clean inside as well, no outside seating.
Can't wait to come back, every cookie we chose was delicious!

We all know Sprinkles has great cupcakes. It was absolutely delicious and relatively quick. That said, the prices are just a little high for cupcakes, hence the 4-stars.

The cookies, brownie, and oatmeal cream pie were all good, but it was almost $20. Wild. The oatmeal cream pie was the star at $7. The texture was great.

I wish the selection was wider and the prices were more reasonable.

It was good, but I won’t be back.

This place has one of, if not my favorite - Bourbon Pecan Pie! It’s a must try!

I’ve had several of their pies, cakes, etc. if your a Banana Pudding Cake, to a Carrot Cake, etc. They got it!

The employee’s are always super helpful if your torn between flavors and combinations. Let them know what you like and they will be glad to point you to a few suggestions.

Quick to serve, knowledgeable, and friendly.

The parking is the only thing that can be a pain. Or if you visit during an event / weekend. It can get pretty packed during the prime time hours.

During the week at around 4pm it’s pretty quite and easy to get through it all.

Loved there desserts, I had 5 slices the carrot, strawberry, red velvet, granny, and banana pudding Sooooo…. Delicious 🤤. Plus I had chocolate chip, red velvet and snickerdoodle cookie, so moist I bought a dozen for my family. My daughter bought the Oreo cheesecake and it was so good !!! Shout out to Matthew their wonderful team member who pointed me to the best choice. Also they have keto options I bought their cheesecake so if your diabetic it’s great to try, my family loved it. Will definitely recommend and will go again.

Sudden sweet tooth made us stop by and I was not disappointed. I got myself a chocolate chip cookie & oatmeal with pecan cookie - both delicious! Husband got one of those small refrigerated cakes they have at the front and he said he’d give it a 3/5. Grabbed some free doggo treats on the way out and both of my pups loved them!

First time trying these cookies, and I didn't enjoy the experience. It was a disappointment because we wanted to come here for a while.
They didn't have some of the cookies in the menu available. We got the cookie sandwich with chocolate chip cookies and cookies-and-dream ice cream. The cookies were hard and not even warm. The ice cream was good, though.
We also got a Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup cookie, a White Chocolate Macadamia, and an Oatmeal Chocolate Walnut. All of the cookies were hard and too crispy on the edges.
The lady who took our order was not very friendly and didn't give us one of the cookies we ordered, so I had to go back and get it. She said that she thought we didn't want it.

For a first timer, my overall experience at Insomnia was great. The options they have on the menu is unique, The
customer service was very nice and welcoming throughout the ordering process, The establishment was very clean and
imple, and you know a cookie shop would be good when you a whiff of these fresh baked cookies - yes, the smell is
amazing, my brother and 1 ordered the On A Classic Cookie option, and it was very delicious. For the cookie, we picked
the vegan option ( Vegan Birthday Cake and Vegan Chocolate Chunk), and mixed it with Cookie Dough ice cream and Cookies and Cream. The cookies were warm and fresh, so taking a bite of it with the ice cream was outstanding. And the ice cream didn't melt too quickly(big plus). It was a perfect combination| And it wasn't too expensive as we thought like other places, the price value was perfect, especially for the quality of the cookie.

I didn't know the hype about it, but 1 can understand why this place is quite popular in the River Oaks area. With that
being said, parking can be a hit or miss, especially during rush hour. The area can be very busy so parking can be tough depending on the time you go.

Also, there is limited indoor seating, It may not be a bad thing if you're going there with one or two friends or
significant others, but be aware that it won't accommodate a huge number. But don't let that ruin your experience, as
the cookies were amazing

Overall, this is a must if you're at River Oaks. It's even better when you' re into sweets and late-night snacking. I would definitely be coming here again when I'm at the area.

FOR VEGETARIANS AND VEGANS: great customer experience and service. The staff member said we could have fresh cookies if we waited 10-15 minutes since the cookies we wanted ran out. the vegan cookies were very tasty - got the 6 pack (double chocolate, chocolate chip, and birthday cake)

A couple of seats to sit inside as well as great ambience. Would recommend the cookies 10/10

Lucy Pearls is a great little dessert spot inside POST Houston. They’re known for their cakes, pies, and cupcakes. Granny’s Cake was absolutely delicious. Every cake we order was very moist and extremely tasty. The key lime pie is more sweet than tangy, but still very delicious. The owner Lucy was super nice and very helpful. I will definitely be returning to try some of the other cake flavors!

Other items sold include: bagels, cookies, croissants, and pies.

I love this Sprinkles. The flavors are delicious. The shop is always clean. I ordered online the same day. It was quick and easy and detailed. It was nearly packaged and ready to go on time. The customer service was polite and helpful. Everyone who tried the cupcakes I picked up for my friend’s birthday on Halloween was blown away by how rich and decadent the cupcakes were. Looking forward to trying the cookies too!

The moment you walk in your nose is greeted by the amazing smells of freshly baked cookies at the bearded baker! My partner and I had such a nice experience here, we even got to meet the owner himself, such a cool guy! And the cookies absolutely delicious! My partner and I are big cookie connoisseurs and we rate this place and the cookies a 10! If you haven’t tried yet, I definitely recommend you do!

This location has the freshest cupcakes! Every flavor was divine. They were frosting the cupcakes before putting them in my box. Will definitely visit again.

For my baby shower, my husband ordered 3 dozen cookies with royal icing with the theme of woodland animals. The Bearded Baker was everything we could have hoped for. The cookies were AMAZING!!! the design was fabulous, the cookies were fresh and delicious and everything was right on time. Worth every penny. My guests were amazed at the quality and I was on cloud nine with the way they turned out. THANK YOU Bearded Baker!!!
