If you are fancy nice chocolate and good coffee that the place to be. I was served by a Young gentleman with dark hair. He had a very good knowledge of the product he was selling. Super polite and friendly. I did enjoy my late cappuccino and a little chocolate. Danke
Nice display. but the service was really awfull. I chose some chocolate with bear, and when came to the cashier to pay, the staffs there was starring at me and said you can only look around. Oh well.. ok then bye

Filiale Hbf Wien, äusserst unfreundliche Dame, mit ganz wenig Geschäftssinn und noch schlechterem Kundenservice. Hier kaufe ich bestimmt nicht mehr ein, überlege sogar meine Kundenkarte zurück zu geben.

Wonderful chocolate shop. Have many options and tastes. Warm atmosphere and great quality of chocolate. It's in the center of the city and I recommend everyone to visit this place and buy some classic vien chocolate. In the future i will go there everytime visiting Vienna.
Im Untergeschoss des Wiener Hauptbahnhofes ist eine Filiale des Confiserie Heindl. Auch wenn das Geschäft eher klein ist, gibt es hier doch eine große Auswahl Außerdem wird man gut und effizient beraten. Gerne kaufe ich hier ein. Natürlich nicht für Geschenke für andere, sondern auch für mich. Eine klare Empfehlung.

nice small cafe in the middle of naschmarkt with really good chocolate. the stuff is welcoming and dog friendly. I enjoyed my afterwork beer with my dog. also the air conidtioning is nice in this hot summer days.
Air con inside big plus very nice frozen yogurt a bit on the high price end but tasted lovely and would definitely recommend

An amazing chocolate shop. A wonderful brand that gives room for a one-of-a-kind artistic design. There is a branding reference for each pack. Each flavor gets a lovely illustration. There are lots of flavors and high quality chocolate here. Good place to stop for coffee. Rich with a bar of chocolate

I bought something and it was 15.64 euro I remember. Once I paid for them, I gave her 27 euro to get 10 euro paper money with coins. However she gave me only 1.36 euro as a change. Despite I strongly complained, she didn’t get back my 10. 10 euro is not big money, however she didn’t check anything even though I asked for. Only she did is that she is right. Please doublecheck when payment not to happen any event like this ever.

Top spot for chocolate in Vienna. Come here to sample some of the city's best Theobroma. Also on offer are hands-on chocolate courses to learn more about chocolate making. The lady inside was very friendly and knowledgable.

A delightful little shop in Vienna's largest street market, serving numerous flavored chocolate candy bars, also frozen yogurt which I did not try. Candy bar is very from 100% cacao to light milk chocolate.
Great little chocolatier, went to get a gift for a wedding and they helped me choose a nice selection of chocolates!
Small store in the train station that sells lots of different type of sweets. I have seen them in supermarkets for cheaper. They have lots of interesting items like the flavours of wafers.
Extremely bad attitude and It ends my trip in Austria badly. I would recommend other manner shops or supermarkets instead. I speak with the shopkeepers with English and turns out with her strange facial expression and don’t even telling me the price to force me look at her machine myself. No greeting and any other words to visitors, while the shop is located in the central station of Vienna, which there are many visitors everyday. I can’t get the point of being rude to customers and wondering is it how the company served their(foreign and local) customers in this attitude all the time?
Ganz tolle Produkte. Die besten Schokomaroni ebenso wie die Schokobananen gibt's nur beim Heindl. Die Bedienung der Damen ist mindestens so zuckersüß wie die Schokoprodukte.
I was asking for some help with toilet fee rebates that you get for purchasing more than 2.5 euros. Well, turns out I have to go to toilet first and bring the receipt. While explaining the process, shopkeeper finishes the purchase and says "well, you bought already." And hands me over the changes. Ok... if I was asking a question regarding the toilet rebate, i think i do want to use the toilet. She continues on to tell me that if I buy a coffee elsewhere i can get the rebate. What a great advocate for other shops at the station! Thank you for your kind services. Two stars are for the product itself.
wenn hier 5 personen sich im geschäft aufhalten, ist schluß. Es ist so eng, dass einige der gängigsten mitbringsel, die der kenner sucht sich im bereich und hinter der verkaufsbuddel befinden. Am verkaufspult keine möglichkeit die eigene einkaufstasche abzustellen, daher wird das einkaufen hier nicht zum erlebnis und ich gehe häufig wieder raus. Klar ist der umsatz pro m2 hier dann top.
It seems from the comments that people think Austrian shopkeeps are not the friendliest or most welcoming. I would have to concur. The wafers here however are very good. So, I suppose if you want smiles, go to a political campaign, but if you good wafers, this is the place - but not the only. These wafers are sold all over Austria, although perhaps not as abundant in varieties.
Lovely smelling chocolate shop with incredible chocolates. Not a cheap store but worth every Euro. Great to stop by and pick up 5 chocolate balls (hint: 5 balls are just as cheap as 4). The lady working inside each time I have been there is very nice and helpful. 10/10.
Kleines, aber feines Schokoladen- Fachgeschäft. Erhältlich sind sowohl feinste Pralinen als auch kreative Geschenke. Ich kann mich meinen Vorrednern nur anschließen bezüglich des Personals, sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Damen.
