I like Thai food & i like this place i like to come with out my work sometimes with my friends because this place is so nice & clean food so good went i come my tummy so full & great 🤤🤤
So the food is ok, nothing special. The restaurant itself doesn’t seem clean, almost neglected to be honest. The most disturbing part was that the service was painfully slow.. got here 18:45, waited to be seated at 19:10, entres started arriving at the table at 20:48. 5-7 minutes apart… then my plate of pad cee woo was said ran out of wide noodles… 🤦♀️ I refused and shared my wife’s plate (don’t have time for a sleepover)… We asked the waiter if they could comp some of our sit-down, waiter was stuttering, giving us excuses about one chef / one pan.. suggested to perhaps comp few soda cans… we weren’t responsive to that offer much.. at the end we got 10% discount. Mind you, it’s 21:24 and we’re still waiting for our check.. I don’t think they should have a sit-down restaurant, they don’t handle it well. Takeout and cheaper should be the guideline here.

i'm so sorry but i was disappointed. i've ordered 3 times hoping for better, but no luck... - their pad thai lacks flavor, like literally, it has spices (red pepper) but minimal sauce, fish bladder soup also feels like water with fish bladder. The only thing noteworthy were dumplings. The location is more catering for pick up, rather than sit down. I had such high hopes... I will be happy to update if it changes...

Went here twice now I found a hidden gem. We went for my dad’s birthday and it was packed. The servers were kind and we were grateful that they gave us a free roll cuz we were waiting for a while for a table. The food was great !! The atmosphere was there was good too and decorations. I definitely would recommend this place!
I’ve gotten takeout here twice. Both times the food was really great! I got the drunken noodles with chicken. They really put a good amount of chicken in there, and what I really enjoy is all the vegetables they have. The taste is amazing. The service was also really quick for getting takeout! Definitely will come back when I’m in the area
The $15 dollar lunch with 3 entrees is a good amount of food for a lunch or quick dinner. Very casual, cafeteria style sit-down place. Food was good. Some of the meats were on the chewy side, fried fish options were cold and a little soggy. It's expected for cafeteria style, so I'd say to stick with the fresher items. Ground pork and black pepper pork were good. Spice level was good for me, but I have an above average spice level compared to the average American, so you might find it spicier than other places.
However, that green curry was incinerating my mouth. It wasn't obscenely spicy, but the spice lingered and wouldn't go away. Could not finish it at all.

My bf’s fav thai restaurant in New York. Really authentic. Everything tastes so delicious. My fav is bbq pork, smells super great. The only downside is the shop is not spacious and too crowded.
When you immediately enter, the waitresses were very welcoming. I sat down, I ordered, and it didn’t take even more than 10-15 mins for the food to arrive. The food looked very vibrant and tasted nice and warm, fresh, as well as nicely cooked. I enjoyed it a lot. The restaurant ambience is very pretty and you could definitely take a lot of nice pictures. Overall a good experience and not very pricey. Go check them out!
This restaurant has been here for decades, I believe. I have had dinners here with my cousin who lives nearby and since moving to the neighborhood, have had delivery and just recently a quick stop for lunch. Other than one incident with delivery where my hainan chicken dish wasn’t very good (too much chicken fat and rice was not tender), their food here is so flavorful, delicious and on point. The curry with the roti was perfect, the roti itself all haphazardly folded up like some mad genius’ art project. The owners/workers are incredibly nice and seem to always be in good spirits and will make you feel like family (the gentleman singing along with the music slightly off key is like one’s comedic uncle). I’ll give delivery a try again eventually since it is a bit of a walk for me (no problem when the weather is good) but I’m glad that this place is still around and endured the test of time (Covid, etc).

11.4.23 We were in the area for a soccer match, so we stopped in for dinner. There are several outdoor tables but by a main street, so we opted to sit indoors. The inside has a warm, cool, comfy vibe. Staff and service were fast and friendly. The drinks were refilled without us having to ask. The food came out hot and perfectly prepared. Overall, we enjoyed our visit.
Eating well-cooked food isn't just about eating vegetables or shrimp. Delicious food makes people happy because it eats the heart of the person who made it. I enjoyed that kind of food today and I taste happiness on a lonely and sad day. I've eaten tom yum soup in many places in New York, but this place is by far the best!
I like this little place, the food is authentic, Staff/owner is really nice. It is a little hard to find parking during the day, and place needs a bit of an upkeep. Still, I think it's worth checking it out.
Food is absolutely amazing! The best Pad Thai I’ve ever had (which I had with tofu), along with absolutely delicious Vegetable Spicy Basil Fried Rice.

The restaurant serves incredibly delicious and spicy Thai cuisine, and the staff is kind and engaging. If you're craving authentic Thai food or want to get a taste of what it's like before you visit Thailand, this is the perfect place to do so.
It was a treat so I don’t know what was the total but the price was decent what I saw in menu. Food was fantastic. The soup was delicious and yummy. The amount was decent. Serving portion of fried rice and curry can cover 3-4 people.
Vegans rejoice! They have amazing plant based options here. So, I totally didn’t get photos because we were so hungry. But the spring rolls are vegan, the regular salad with peanut sauce is also a winner, and we got the spicy tofu… it even comes with rice! Definitely would recommend. It’s a cute little restaurant and the service was 6/5. 😊
The noodles is very bland, undercooked and horrible (pls do NOT order noodles). Lost my appetite after eating in this restaurant. Won’t ever come back again
Went on Sunday for lunch. The food was delicious. Home made Roti Canal was very good, not like the circle frozen one.
Sup Thai has very filling dishes and each dish has a unique presentation. They have an extensive drink menu with many different flavors.
I usually order the Basil Fried Rice which you can ask to be spicy or not. So good and always fresh vegetables. The Thai iced tea is also a must to cool things down.
Love it . Never too busy but they get a lot of take out orders . Not that much in a way of nice decor. It could be updated a little . Good good food. Not overpriced .

All the dishes i ordered were delicious! Loved the pad thai❣️. It was hot inside of the restaurant considering very humid day outside today. Overall very satisfied!

Foods are great! Especially the chive pancake and the pineapple fried rice are my favorites, its my must-order every time I came! The clams are slightly little salty for me but I'm not a heavy flavors person so, but it will be great with beer! Also the mango sticky rice too, very flavor, mangos not sour and with the coconut sauce, it's just so lovely ❤️
I used to dine in and do take outs at Hado for many years as it was across from where i lived. Everytime it was better than last time. Then we moved but recently got food delivery from them. Nothing changed a bit. Amazing Thai food. My personal favourite is the Thai Red Curry. I am glad they can deliver through Grubhub yayy🙂
After a year live in elmhurst area, i never explore this "little Thailand street" which is just 10mins walking from my place. I've heard this place several times from my friends, but never try it. And finally last sunday i tried, and it was really good. And today i come again with another friends to have lunch here. Really recommend if you look something tasty, spicy, and good price absoloutely.
Two of us ordered 4 items for lunch. Three out of the four dishes were above average. The fish cakes were were too thin and they became drt after being deep fried. The service was good and I do recommend this place.
Was in area for Burmese food festival. Decided to grab some Thai flavors after passing Ayada. The chicken with broad noodles was good. Enjoyed the chives fried cake. The Penang chicken curry came with a small bowl of rice. Likely need to order another for $2 if you’re hungry. $8 for draft or $7 for bottled beer. We ordered the draft Allagash white, didn’t have it so got the Sapporo bottle instead. Bad news is we got billed for the $8 draft. My experience at other restaurants that bill you incorrectly, they usually comp the item. Also noticed the recommended gratuity on the check was the total meal with the tax. I think restaurants really need to do better on this. Can’t imagine why a customer needs to pay extra gratuity for tax. Seating is a bit tight and the table we were at for 2 was by the entrance. Small table that can barely fit 3 dishes. Overall food was okay but service and environment can be improved upon…
Food reminder me of what my partners family cookes. It was quite tasty. We enjoyed our meal fully. We even tried something new! And it was delicious. It definitely runs spicier than a lot of places in the area. I would suggest starting with one spice level down from your normal level. I always take one star off for being cash only, so I took one star off. It would have had 5 starts if they accepted credit cards.
Ordered out last week and I liked the food so much I ordered again yesterday and was not very happy with some dishes. The crispy eggnoodles with this gelatinous sauce the consistency was absolutely yucky. The crispy pork appetizer seemed made of low grade pork and too much of bones.The crispy duck salad was good but like 3 pieces of duck. Overall ok food. I will give them another try some day.
I always heard from some of my friends to try Thai Food in here, but today i made it. I'm going with my cousin and her family from Philly to try Thai Food in Queens and the result is So Good. Some minor service still can be tolerate but overall are Very Good. Definately i will be back to try another menu. Good job!
Caution on double tipping. See receipt. Service charge was added to our bill but it still gives suggestion to tip. Also it says “service charge” and at bottom it says “tip guide” again. Why use two different terms. I usually just look at the bottom number and was going to pay tip again until our group noticed it. Food was ok. Service pretty good. Limited street parking in this area. Cash only.
Wow, I’m impressed with everything I had here. Specially with Ribeye drunken noodles , this was the best one from what I ordered. Steak that came w drunken noodles was juicy, tender and drunken noodles was spicy and was cooked in a way I like. This dish was phenomenal!

Ordered takeout here after a flight cancellation — turned a terrible day into a good one!! The food was really incredible. Highly recommend the Chicken Param, and the mango sticky rice was a religious experience. Can’t recommend this place enough
Amazing thai spot filled with delicious foods. Everything i’ve ordered was so good. I definitely recommend coming here for lunch with friends or as a date spot. I had the pork belly, pad thai, fried calamari, volcanic chicken, and the mango fish. 10/10 was so good everything was flavorful. I will DEFINITELY be back!
I have to say, this was the best Thai food I’ve ever had. The Esan Combo was enticing, delicious and flavorful. I loved the soup, perfect spice level! I highly recommend.
I love this place. They are reasonable in price with excellent quality of food. It's the best Thai place ever. They also carry a great drink bar. My husband and I love coming here for a bite to grab, and every time, it makes me crave more. They give a great portion of food. I love their salmon and duck curry. It's the best. The ambiance is great with very friendly staff and the interior is so pretty. I love their floral decor. Street parking is available. Also, they are kids friendly.
I've eaten here twice. The first time, I ordered a noodle dish and just recently I had a seafood soup. I really liked the food both times. During the most recent meal, I ordered the veggie spring rolls and veggie dumplings as appetizers to share with a family member; they were delicious as well!
I’d like to start off by saying service was amazing. My friend couldn’t use chopsticks and had asked for a fork and so the waitress brought out chopsticks with training wheels for him which is super thoughtful. Food presentation was great however upon arrival we noticed baby flies on the food and that just ruined the whole meal. Didn’t enjoy and eat it. Would just recommend they do a better job cleaning the plates or whatever went wrong that day. (I hate leaving bad reviews but it needed to be said)

Best Thai food I’ve had in a while. Duck with Penang curry at a Thai level spice was nothing short of perfection. Unlike many new Thai places Ayada tastes extremely authentic like when I used to visit my Thai friends home as a kid. Getting the right spice balance with all the aromatic elements especially not ruining the coconut milk lightness and Thai basil is what I am happily pleased about. My wife had drunken noodles with salad and a roll; the drunken noodle were perfect and the peanut sauce on the salad was an exciting twist to a familiar flavor. We started with crab cakes which were a nice sized Ap. Then also got mussels which were delicious with there house made tangy zesty spicy green sauce. Thai iced coffees and lychee drink were huge for large which we also enjoyed. We over stuffed our selves with mango and sticky rice which also did not disappoint. I had forgotten that their mango was tough like papaya with a nuttier deeper sweeter taste than a mango from the americas. Overall the service and atmosphere were accommodating and quaint. My wife and I will be returning.
I've visited this spot many times. The process is simple, you choose your dish, served over rice, and they have a range of spice levels available. These are indicated with different colors on the dish name tag, so it's really easy to find something you'll love. The place isn't a sit-and-serve restaurant, you grab your food and seat yourself, and clean up after. It's a perfect spot for a no-fuss lunch or an easy dinner. It's also good for takeout and delivery!
The taste of home for me! Have been looking forward to eating here for a little while now after seeing all the food reviews. Recommend you know what some of the dishes are/taste like, otherwise you'd be gawking and trying to figure out how each dish tastes and hold up the line (counter area is a bit tight).

I love their food! It's authentic with a lot of herbal aromas and their food was not sweet! These days many Thai places add sugar to every dish which I hate so much, but Khao Kang doesn't do that! Bought a Togo box with tree items, one Thai iced tea, and a pandan cake (which was really good!) Al together for only $26! Fair price. Definitely will go back to try more different items!
Hidden gem with so much to offer both sushi or Thai cuisine. Don't be put off by the take out/paper menus. Seems many restaurants are doing that. When you walk in, the space has a dimly light ambiance if you want to sit in the booths with the lounge seats. Or for more family or large parties, sit by the back tables. On the fly, Alex and his staff worked to put together tables for 24 of us in ten minutes (I called ahead). He and his staff were attentive, brought us appetizer plates to share our food if we wanted. Our group really enjoyed the Thai curry (red, green and the massaman). Pad see ew was the most popular dish of the night and tons of sushi. Kiddos were fans of the rolls (eel avocado, California, and custom captains roll). I enjoyed my sashimi deluxe and chirashi. Thai Iced Tea was so good.

The atmosphere here is fantastic. Loved the cocktail and the appetizer. We had the pork skewers, and it was delicious. Wished they would put less sweet sauce. Every dish was unique. The only thing I didn’t like was the sup pad Thai with lobster. The lobster was overcooked and chewy. Besides that, I can’t complain.
Amazing! I’ve always came here when i was a kid but it’s glad to say it’s still delicious to this day. The awards in the front are definitely a eye grabber. I ordered a raw shrimp, chicken satay for appetizer. For entree i had the mango salad fish with rice to share with my friend. The raw shrimp was so good it was sour and spicy and kinda like a sashimi texture. The satay was good can never go wrong. The fish was crispy and sweet. Definitely filling with a jasmine rice on the side. The thai iced tea was refreshing to. Would definitely go back to try other things too.
Me and friends like to come this thai restaurant because so nice place clean The atmosphere of the shop is suitable for meeting and talking.waiter so friendly. We order penut sauce chicken, duck curry and lard na veggies my food come on beautiful plate we are enjoy my food with red wine talking so long in here. So we still come here and try all food of them don’t care about C grade because we think they gone make everything clean and safe for us and all customers. 👍👍👍

Things to order: go for their special thai dishes. Their spicy catfish with thai eggplant is very good. The fried catfish takes up the spicy chillisauce very well and the round thai eggplants are also crunchy and give the dish a nice mixed texture.
The Rad Nah, a saucy stir fried flat noodle is also wonderful. Excellent carb dish to chase down the heat from other spicy foods you might order. A good one and done dish for those dining alone.
Their thai papaya said is is crunchy, tangy sweet and sour. They do a good job with the fish sauce seasoning on it.
A dish I also recommend is their braised pork leg over rice dish. It comes with Chinese broccilli, marinated egg and spicy fish sauce on the side. It's a good one plate meal of you are not looking to order too much.
I am also a fan of their chicken wing appetizers. The wings are plump and juicy.
Food is affordable and worth the price of tasteless and authenticity. Note that rice comes separate for most orders. They also cna provide chopsticks if you ask for them.
Service is always nice and the staff are always courteous.
Space is rather limited. If you plan on coming as a group I would recommend to keep it around 4 people. Any more, and it will be tight.
Also check out upstairs. They have a thai hot pot place that is also full of unique thai soup flavor. I believe both establishments are by thr same owner.

The food is fine. The inside is dark and warm. It was 80° degree and it didn't turn on the air conditioner.

I ordered the spider roll and kani salad. The sushi and kani salad tasted good and they were both fresh. Nice environment and friendly staff!
Place is great. I don't think alot of people know about it. The food is mid at best I ordered the twin lobster came in cold with a teriyaki like sauce. The wings were okay. Pineapple fried rice doesn't come in a Pineapple seems like. Cocktails were okay 8.95 per cocktail.
The flavors are so intense but in a spectacular way. The spicy level is perfect here and the thai dishes are soft and flavorful! The duck curry was very delicious and the duck was soft and crispy. The drunken noodle was phenomenal. I haven't had one this good in a very long time. I will definitely be coming back

I absolutely love this place! Authentic Malaysian food and very hospitable staff. It's a great place to stop in anytime for a meal.

The food was amazing delicious. The lady that served us was very polite. I must say overall this restaurant is top notch. I recommend it to everyone to visit this location. The prices are perfect and not overpriced. Thumbs up 👍
Friends and I dropped in for a casual dinner. Seated right away for a Saturday and waitress was very nice and friendly. She offered recommendations and kept checking in but not to a point where it was annoying. The food was delicious. Got a bunch of appetizers and sushi rolls and they were delicious and presentation was so beautiful. The lunch special is pre-inflation prices and the food is very good! My kids always get the chicken katsu bento box, and I get the lunch special maki rolls. Get the hot tea too. You'll keep coming back!
What a lovely little restaurant with nice staff! The Malaysian ice tea and crispy squid were delicious!!! The noodles were good too, but I had thought they were crispy pan-fried noodles, so I was a little confused at first. Still decent though!

Authentic Thai cuisine. Taste exactly like I had it in Thailand. Be cautious with spice level though. My spice tolerance is very high. Even for me, medium spicy makes me tear. This is a small restaurant in Queens, Jackson Height which portrays delicious food. I recommend to try papaya salad with dry shrimp (mild spicy), seafood Tom Yum soup (appropriate amount of seafood in it), Plain Morning Glory (fried watercress w. Garlic). Also try chicken Gizzard which is comparable w. Cold beer.
Ordered a tray of Sushi to go and it was delicious! The tempura rolls were sweet and crunchy, and the sashimi was fresh. I don’t really understand where all these negative reviews are coming from, but my family really enjoyed this tray. Furthermore, the staff was really nice and I loved the ambiance when I picked up my food.
Based on the location I did not think this was going to be much to write about but boy was I wrong. The decor inside is lively and seems like a great spot to get dinner (I got lunch). The food was extremely fresh and was delicious. I would definitely go there again and would be tempted to go out of my way to get there if need be.
This place is just amazing!!! Atmosphere and layout is beautiful and charismatic. Food was delicious and spicy! I'm from the Caribbean and we love spices. Very authentic Thai food and they have pictures in the menu which was a plus to see what we were ordering. I must say, they have the best sake mojitos I have ever tasted and I could drink them all night long. I definitely recommend here for date night, friends night or whatever and you don't have to travel far into Manhattan since we are from Brooklyn.
Food was super delicious..the princess sushi roll was very tasty. I liked the beef fried rice a lot. Staffs were well behaved. Liked the ambiance of the restaurant. Not too far from my home. Will definitely visit again..!!!
Every time I come here I get the fried shumai and it is simply amazing! All the food here use FRESH ingredients and the meat quality is exceptional. Will keep coming here until I try the entire menu. One thing to note is that if you like very spicy food, you must ask your server for extra!
Sushi was phenomenal, some of the best I’ve had in Queens. The fried Thai Banana dessert with one scoop of vanilla ice cream is a must try in my opinion. The decor and vibes were very chill and the server was friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend this restaurant.
Overall i was expecting better food. It was on the expensive side for way too few portions. We paid over $40 for some sushi once and it was only for 2 boxes of sushi. The sushi was all pretty small and lackluster in taste and it wad that expensive even tho we ordered from the lunch menu. Another time we decided on hibachi and paid over $33 but when we got home we saw that the box wasnt even full, with multiple corners of the meal box empty filled with air. Tbh better off buying from somewhere else as it qould be cheaper,better taste, and better portions.
This place is yummy. Got the fried squid rings, papaya salad, veggie pad sea ew , and the half roasted duck in the curry sauce. My only complaint about this place was the serving of the duck it said half duck but it totally was a quarter very small portion. But the flavor was amazing I’ve been eating duck my whole like and that was either a really tiny duck or a quarter of a duck not half. Giving 4 stars because the place was cute and the food was really good just the portions are on the smaller side.

Sweet Basil was great to satisfy a rainy afternoon Thai food craving. The staff was nice, and the food came out pretty quickly. I had the Chicken Satay appetizer (!!) and Chicken Panang, both pictured. Will definitely come back here soon.

We ordered a half-dozen lunch box specials for delivery, and it arrived in a half-hour. Our order was 100% correct, and the food came in hot and delicious! Each lunch box came with the entree (we chose salmon teriyaki, ginger chicken, chicken teriyaki, and beef teriyaki), 3x shumais, white rice, california roll, and lettuce salad with ginger dressing. The prices range from $11 to 12.50 plus tax, but the portions were filling, and we felt we got our money's worth. No delivery fee but minimal order is $15. All in all, we were satisfied with the food quality and fast delivery, and we won't hesitate to order from Futigi Sushi again if we're craving teriyaki.

Worse service ever, after being a loyal client I called to order a delivery after 40 min nothing came so I called again and they blamed me that I asked for pick up. They said they will come in 10 min , and they did but the food I ordered was cold because it probably waited there for 40min. So I called again and the manager blamed it on me and said that this is how it should be . So dear manager this is fried sushi how it supposed to come cold god know. You lost me for sure . And btw I throw it to the garbage.
The place is simple decorated, but it is clean. The service is quick since only 3people. Quite slow for weekend night.

I used Google to find this restaurant. I ordered takeout. The restaurant was not open for dining so I placed my order at the door since you are not allowed to enter. The wait was not long and I was very satisfied with my meal. I would recommend.
When we want good Thai food, we usually eat here at Star Siam.The service and food was excellent. The server recommendations for beverages were excellent. If you like Thai food, I highly recommend this restaurant. This is a family business and they made us feel very comfortable. The restaurant were not very crowded in sitting dining but was very busy with take out orders . We were full and very satisfied. I am definitely going back. The kids enjoyed their meal. We had to drive around a few times to find meter parking nearby the restaurant.
Amazing hibachi! I love the sushi rolls. All of the food is so delicious. I can't help but get so much every time I go. Great food, great staff! Helpful and friendly, great cuisine that I recommend to everyone and anyone!

The food is served quickly and in no time, we had all of the items we marked off on the paper menu. We ordered various sushi rolls, gyoza, edamame, kani salad, fried dumplings, popcorn shrimp, miso soup and chicken pad Thai.
I was pleasantly surprised to see that the portions were kind of large for AYCE. The edamame and kani salad could be easily shared by a couple of people. And the pad Thai looked like a regular serving and not part of the AYCE menu. The popcorn shrimp was quite good. Shrimps were pretty large and cooked perfectly. The sushi was tasty although not the best quality. They charge $5 extra for sashimi and they don’t give out any free scoop of ice cream like some other AYCE restaurants. Enjoy my first time here. Came here in the evening with a few hours for closing and not many patrons because of the weather. Food was perfect and taste was great. As for how long it took to get my order it was awhile even though there were not many customers but they had a lot of take out and delivery. Nice and mellow dinner.
I've never had sushi before and have been asking friends to recommend a good place to try out. Trying sushi has been one of my goals for 2018 and today I finally did. The sushi was great. I was nervous at first but that first bite got me hooked. The food is good and prices are affordable. The customer server is excellent and the bathroom is clean. Sure would be visiting here again. Highly recommended.

The drinks here are good! It's a very nice upscale looking place. The first time I came here I thought I was somewhere in Manhattan. I was actually surprised, for a place like this in this neighborhood. It's definitely a hidden gem.
