Fashion Center Building is a rare NYC beauty designed by renown Chicago architect Henry Ives Cobb, ca. 1922-24. The 23-story building located at 525 Seventh Avenue / West 38th St. houses top fashion designers including Nicole Miller, ABS by Allen Schwartz, and other apparel labels and industry-leading such as B&J Fabrics. Decades after the building was complete, and worse off from wear-and-tear of use and a few unfortunate earlier renovations, George Ranalli Architect restored the facade, vestibule, and lobbies - reconstructing original details, and adding state-of-the-art LED lighting, updated restrooms, and renovated and beautified the upper floors. Fashion Center Building offers versatile configurations to tenants ranging from 900-square-feet to 25,000-full-floor rental spaces.
