Not what I expected. We had the first tee time and we go check in and the guy up front wasn't thrilled to be there and when I told him we've never played here before and asked where the 1st tee was he looked at me like I was speaking Latin. Weird way to start off. The course itself was maybe a 4 out of 10 condition wise. Nothing was mowed greens included. At least the had 1 worker cutting new cups. The course has potential and was in a pretty area just needs some love. There are a few weird holes that are extremely short and felt squeezed in. Then you get to a par 3 that's 240 yards kind of a weird layout. Other than that we didn't really see anyone else on the course and we played 18 in about 3 hours. Not in my top 5 on vanvouver Island
Really fun course that's well maintained. The greens are fast and really smooth. Not a very long course but it's a target golf course that you have to hit it to the correct spots. Would recommend to other for sure.
Decent place if you want some pub food. I had the bacon and brie burger that only took up 2/3 of the bun which was disappointing for a $25 meal. The fries were okay nothing special. Took about 10 minutes to get service and we were sitting at this weird middle island thing right by the front door.
