i only order sushi takeout from this location, the price to quality ratio is unbeatable.
we always order party tray e, and we’re never disappointed. decent amount for two, if you’re hungry.
the sashimi is always so fresh and and rolls are incredible. you can’t go wrong with this combo.

Japanese ingredients prepared in a contemporary way. The place is beautifully decorated and has a cozy atmosphere, great for date night. the umeshu selection is exquisite, and was definitely the most memorable part of our visit.
the dishes that stood out the most were the sumen + oyster and the squid + cucumber sunomono. The salads and pickles were nothing special.
The portion to price ratio is as expected for a restaurant in the area and popularity, portions are small and the price is high.

please respect this conversation area, pick up your trash, respect wildlife, and stay on the trail.
incredible park to get some of the best views of the city while surrounded by nature. extremely thankful the city is investing in preserving this area for Toronto’s wildlife. It’s a great spot to go for a walk, run or cycle. There are no toilets nor garbage bins to plan ahead. There are poisonous plants if you step outside the trail, so watch out for yourself and if you’re visiting with kids, keep an eye on them. And again, pick up after yourself and respect the signage this is a nature reserve as well.
I’d be careful at night as it’s a popular spot for people to come for a smoke or a drink.

Delicious lobster - but don’t expect fantastic service here. They put out the desserts before we were even finished with our meal.
The stirfrys were well balanced and portions were great. The fish and crab had great flavour. Most importantly the lobster was also great. If you want a more cheaper and authentic experience than Fishman’s Club house, pick this restaurant!

one of my favourite Japanese restaurants in Toronto, they curry is the best i have had in town and have not found another place that competes. Overall great plates, with beautiful presentation. Cute little restaurant, definitely recommend you drop by!
update: visited recently, the pork katsu was no longer in their menu, hoping it’s a seasonality issue and not a permanent change, as that was a delicious plate! portions may have gotten smaller, but overall the flavour was great!
