J San Sushi Bar

This might just be my new go-to takeout sushi place! I was super impressed by this takeout only sushi place. The food came packaged neatly and didn't shift around. The flavours were amazing and the quality of the ingredients was so fresh. I particularly loved all of the aburi items.

It was my first time trying J San Sushi Bar and I was very impressed! I was served the party tray and it really tastes as amazing as it looks! You can tell the ingredients were fresh and I loved the variety of sushi on the tray. I will definitely be a returning customer!

My first time ordering it from this place. The sushi is amazing, taste really good and it just melt in my mouth. even though it is just a takeout but i think its amazing. Also maybe next time i will dine in.

I ordered in or pick up at this location on their website over the last long weekend. The pick up process was seamless, the only situation that stressed me out a little was the street parking as I wasn't sure what to expect along Jarvis at 6pm on a Saturday. Luckily, I was able to find a parking spot in front of the restaurant so I made a quick run for my food.
I bought the salmon combo and the deluxe roll combo for dinner and was the perfect portion for 2. I have always bought take out from the Woodbine location uptown, the downtown location did not disappoint and their quality is very consistent. Now that I know what to expect of their parking situation, I'd definitely order on their website for pick up again in the future.

My go-to sushi takeout spot in the city. Very fairly priced for the quality and portion. Everything was delicious and fresh every time we ordered. Also well packaged!

Giving a 4 star, as one of my recent visits a fishbone was found in the crispy salmon roll. Most likely a one-off but hoping the restaurant will be more careful going forward.

Trying out this place for the first time and I loved it! Got the torched combo with an extra salmon avocado roll. Super flavourful and the fish are super fresh. Also very generous with the ingredients, you can tell each roll is filled to the brim!

i only order sushi takeout from this location, the price to quality ratio is unbeatable.

we always order party tray e, and we’re never disappointed. decent amount for two, if you’re hungry.

the sashimi is always so fresh and and rolls are incredible. you can’t go wrong with this combo.
