Reception of documents for registration of passports is organized very well. There is no queue at all, everything is fast and convenient.
Qualified and friendly staff, beautiful environment. Convenient multi-storey parking, $2 per hour, you have enough time to get a passport.

Very nice beach, convenient parking, equipped with everything necessary for those who come to the beach. Big thanks to the staff.
A small suggestion for improvement.
It seems to me that many would be happy if cabanas were installed on the beach. Being in wet clothes is very unhealthy.
The cabins are very simple, here is an example in the photo.

Nowhere in the US are such booths installed.

Large convenient parking lot, where kites and eagles sometimes live.
Convenient access by car.

Lots of outlets.
McDonald's, Publix, AT&T, Walmart
Two banks, USP
And there are plenty of places to eat.
And most importantly - a huge parking lot, where there is always a place.
