Thankful whenever there's free public toilets easily accessible at tourism destinations and relatively clean inside. However relatively because there's spider webs and stuff all over the ceiling light which is bad for anyone scared of spiders yet GREAT for catching all of the sandflies and mozzies. Otherwise, generally damp all over inside for some reason but has soap and all infinitely better than a longdrop
An extremely spacious lobby was the first thing I noticed, followed shortly by the classic cinema decor from carpet to signage ... Idk if this was a recent thing or if it's been like this for decades, maybe even both. There's a completely separate bar room from the main snacks and ticket counter, and then the bathrooms look somewhat new yet I think part of the men's was under repair plus was very dimly lit. As for the theatre, it had what I believe were decent leather seats from memory, but not stadium seating (wasn't an issue when there was nobody at our screening).
Takeaway shop primarily for biltong and sausages, but really neat for me to see a place like this for the first time. The staff asked how we want it, firmness, seasoning, fat content, etc which then they cut it off the rack for you. Quick stop.
Basic station with only a few benches despite how many covered awnings there are
