Love this place. It's been around for years. Not sure why I haven't reviewed it before. Delicious family run speedy little Vietnamese restaurant. Parking Lot is small but definitely better than nothing. Street parking is always available if you're not too lazy to walk. Low key non pretentious dine in area. Not a date night place. Some would call it dive-y. Best Asian places with good portions usually are. We order to go because this place is so close to home. Call to order if you can; just pick your numbers ahead of time to make it quick and simple. Skip the dishes/online ordering apps take over 20% from restaurants. That's alot especially during this economy. Give them I try, you won't be disappointed.

Pretty good. Great service. Speedy and accurate. Very polite and informative. Food flavors were as expected but not as flavourful or fragrant or in regards to the fish, as fresh as I have been lucky enough to have in other places. They have interesting variety and many good menu selections maybe I just missed on their specialty. I would come back for a casual meal. The food was very reasonably priced. As usual with Chinatown, parking can be tricky.
