Loved the food and drink and would definitely go back. I think we were there for 4 hours, thankfully it was quiet so we were left alone. The staff were lovely and helpful too.
My only negative comment would be about the toilets. You really need to have proper sanitary bins, certainly the one I used didn't and a normal bin really does cut it.

Went for a 90 minute massage - amazing. Unfortunately, I can't remember the lady's name but she approved new hires.
Pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Being as blind as a bat, never saw this sign and on our second day I was chased out of the sauna because I had my swimming costume on. When I asked about this at reception I was given the reason of hygiene, which doesn't work for me. I have no issues with nudity but feel I should be given the choice or at least a good reason. Also, being forewarned might have helped. I think swim wear should be optional but if I go back at least I'll be prepared.

This is my third year at Hard Rock for Christmas day. You can never fail. Great atmosphere, and a couple of dogs got to join their families, which was an amazing thing to see.
