Yumna(Agent of Beacon Homes Real Estate) is a great realtor to work with. She was recommended to us by an agent from a different company as the best agent in Townsquare. She is highly motivated, & chases to get the deal done. I highly recommend her if you are selling your property in Townsquare.

Company returned my apartment damaged and referred to terms and conditions instead of repairing. Their cleaning company did not report the damage in a timely manor and so the claim was never placed with Airbnb for over a month. They have complete control over the checkout process. I did not have access to the apartment or the Airbnb account between guest.

Ultimately the company under delivered by 30% to 40% of revenue from what I could get by just renting it with one check. They do not lease your apartment so they have little to no legal liability to return the apartment in the condition you give it.

I have attempted to setup a discussion with the co-founder Stephan but he refuses to answer his calls, WhatsApp or calendar invites.

There are plenty of alternative companies. Please use a different one.
