Shosty deserves a perfect rating, five shining stars! I am extremely satisfied with the way they oversee my three-bedroom apartment situated in the heart of Dubai Marina.

They executed a chic interior design and furnished my vacant residence before launching it on Airbnb.

Presently, they handle all the administrative tasks, property management responsibilities, and the turnovers. My only task is to tally my earnings each month.

I previously engaged in long-term rentals, but I encountered numerous issues with tenants. I am overjoyed with my decision to switch to short-term rentals.

Now they take care of all the admin, property management and turnovers. I don't do anything except count my money each month.

Shosty has transformed how I view property management in Dubai! From decking out my Marina apartment to handling all those nitty-gritty details, they've been stellar. And being able to peek at my bookings 24/7? Pure gold. A massive shoutout to Peter, Stephen, and the crew for making the Airbnb game feel like a breeze. Five stars all the way!

Company returned my apartment damaged and referred to terms and conditions instead of repairing. Their cleaning company did not report the damage in a timely manor and so the claim was never placed with Airbnb for over a month. They have complete control over the checkout process. I did not have access to the apartment or the Airbnb account between guest.

Ultimately the company under delivered by 30% to 40% of revenue from what I could get by just renting it with one check. They do not lease your apartment so they have little to no legal liability to return the apartment in the condition you give it.

I have attempted to setup a discussion with the co-founder Stephan but he refuses to answer his calls, WhatsApp or calendar invites.

There are plenty of alternative companies. Please use a different one.
