An ABSOLUTE GEM OF A PIZZA at the entry of little Italy here in Montreal. They only take debit or cash so don’t wish to use a credit card. The place is small and there’s almost always a mangeable line. The taste of the pizza was delicious, I got one that was fresh off the oven ! You can see the people making the pizzas right in front of you. This spot adds charm to the neighbourhood and just makes everything awesome
I mean come on ! Class ! Taste ! Price ! This place has it all, one of the cleanest most authentic bakeries you can have in Montreal with the absolute best top of the mark decorations !! I mean look at that chandelier ! It’s insane !
I give 4 stars not 5 for two reasons : not enough seating places, why have this awesome decor if we can’t sit and enjoy it.
Reason 2 : The chocolatine was stale and somewhat unoriginal to be honest but maybe that’s because it was noon so these weren’t the freshest

Here’s the thing, I only had their chocolate donut but this thing literally made memories flood back into my brain. If you grew up anywhere in the Mediterranean sea, I’m sure your school or neighborhood coffe shop had the exact same donut. It is insane that I am 5000+ miles away from home and have replicated the taste/memories from home in this 3$ (yes 3$!) chocolate donut. Literally culinary heritage in the heart of Montreal.
One of the best and most underrated little museums in Paris. It’s free and small and cozy and very easy to navigate. You can do it for a quick 30mins while someone is waiting in line across the street at the Orsay museum lol. Also, it has a vaste collection of legion and awards from all over the world ! It’s awesome and has some American memorabilia in the upper floor.
Let me explain it to you. The spot is tiny with a typical old school bakery glass display. You go in, you order the Russian chocolate babka. You eat it, you thank the heavens for jewish migration to Canada. This spot is an absolute gem and still has the old school bakery vibe. No chemicals or whatever we’re being poisoned with
