We’ve been coming back for a couple of years now. The menu hasn’t changed but they do have daily specials. The food always tastes delicious. The wine selection is always excellently paired with the food and if you tell them what your preference is they can somehow always find you the right wine.
Friendly service and some of them can speak English.
The place is quaint, sometimes you’re sitting in the middle of wine boxes, a bit cramped and the tables small but this contributes to the atmosphere.

We tried the 15 course omakase dinner. The fish was fresh and the dishes well prepared and delicious. The one star less for the food was for the variety. We had hoped for a more exciting variety rather than just the usual tuna, snapper and flounder. Service was excellent. We sat at the sushi counter so the direct interaction with the Japanese chef was nice.
It was difficult to get a reservation to this place but it was definitely worth the wait! Located in a busy pedestrian street, it doesn't look like much from the facade but once you step inside, it's simple yet chic, not pretentious. The staff speak English so that helps. The presentation was impeccable and the food was delicious. Especially the dessert... to die for!!
We had the 3 course (starter, main, dessert). It doesn't sound like much but it is enough and filling. We had the white asparagus and the salmon for starters. The cod and pollack for main. And the rhubarb and Paris-Brest for dessert. The sauces in the mains were light and yet full of flavour. Truly delicious and for sure worth the money. Will definitely come back in 2 months when they change the menu.

I booked the Mad Hatters Afternoon Tea with great expectations and was not disappointed. The whole experience was fun and delicious. The waiters (an Italian and an Asian. In all my excitement I forgot their names), explained extensively all the various teas and foods available. The portion was more than generous and the quality very good. The teas had interesting flavours. All the cups, plates and cake stands were all designed in such a way contributing to the Mad Hatters theme. We sat outside in a sort of covered courtyard so it was pleasantly bright and just overall comfortable. It is a bit pricey but definitely worth it!
