I’m really enjoying this gym. Anna’s classes (Barre, Stretch and Water aerobic) have been fantastic. She’s always positive and encouraging and encourages you to work hard but also listen to your body and modify if needed. Samantha’s yoga classes have also been wonderful. She’s easy to follow, especially being somewhat new to yoga, she give clear instruction and also emphasizes that we are to listen to you body-progress not pain. My experience with the gym, classes and these instructors have been great and keep me coming back.
