I'm really disappointed with their service. I enrolled my 2 kids. My 4 year old son with Down syndrome and my 2 year old daughter. At the beginning we were happy with the lessons, miss Bella was great with my son. When she left they kept changing the instructor, then they started cancelling sessions telling me the instructors had to sort their schedules because of school but they only cancelled my son's sessions and not my daughter's ones. They are not ready to be inclusive and that is sad.

I prepaid before corona 1 year of membership for over 1400 dollars. I paid for childcare and MX4 in advance. Then I got diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder and I had to put my account on hold for many years. I had 3month remaining. After years of therapy I decided to come back, activate my account and ask for a renewal membership and for my 3month that they still owed me. I talked to management and they agreed to grant me the 3 month because I had paid for it!!!!!I wanted to start training when I received a phone call and they told me that it was expired out of nowhere. I tried calling the management many, many times to get what I had paid for but they simply ignored me and never got back to me. This is how delta valley is treating customers, is that fair???I only asked for what I had paid for and I put it on hold because I was not able to train.

I told management why I had to put the account on hold. When you granted me the 3 month I never came to actually activate it!!!! Yourself told me on the phone that i needed to sign for it, did i ever sign it????I never signed anything or activated the app but of course you have to make up lies to justify your actions. I PAID in full and it is so unfair that you cheat yourself out of it but that is how you work! But at the end of the day, you know how you operate and if you feel good about it, go for it, you will lose customers and you will lose your reputation!!!! Delta valley gym lost on quality, kidscare is a mess, the snacks they offered were from costco and not even allowed to sell individually. Equipment is falling apart, familytime is a joke from 12-2pm when kids are in school😂. I needed the 3month I had paid for to see if the gym had improved, I wanted to return to DV along with my children 13, 14 and my husband. But since you treated me so poorly I rather join "planet fitness" than ever dealing with you again. I hope you treat other customers better!!!!!

I would not recommend this place. We register the classes regularly in advance. My son fell sick for the entire month.We called in advance and requested for the entire month credit to next month class. Waited for 3 months to get a response from manager and finally they said “no”. Not a good place for the amount we pay every month.

They are good. Clean facility. Staff is very cooperate Instructor are very knowledgeable. Very big facility. Basically they have a whole complex Definitely recommend this place. Only the thing they are little expensive so not everybody can afford their glasses. They have to be come up with the a monthly memberships so more kids can go to learning.

I’m really enjoying this gym. Anna’s classes (Barre, Stretch and Water aerobic) have been fantastic. She’s always positive and encouraging and encourages you to work hard but also listen to your body and modify if needed. Samantha’s yoga classes have also been wonderful. She’s easy to follow, especially being somewhat new to yoga, she give clear instruction and also emphasizes that we are to listen to you body-progress not pain. My experience with the gym, classes and these instructors have been great and keep me coming back.

I come to the gym for Beto’s Zumba class. It is so much fun and Beto is the best! He brings awesome energy to every class, and we all leave with a great workout and feeling so good!

Great club, great atmosphere. Yoga class is amazing. I am very very new to Yoga, but it truly is a game changer. Samantha is a great teacher, very informative and patient. Never a wait for equipment.
