Loved seeing the Okee Dokee Brothers concert here!

I went with my 3 yr old daughter for their Grow With Goddard class. Not only were there 4 great, age-appropriate activity stations for her to explore, but the class occurred an hour before the visitor center opened to the public, so we were able to explore the regular exhibits at the center, as well as the rocket garden outside, too. We even made a quick stop to the gift shop before we headed home. It was such a fun way to introduce her to real things from outer space.

We love the playground, covered picnic area, and the bridge over the stream! We have enjoyed this being the location of our local Tinkergarten class, too! So much nature for my children to explore - we love it!

Over the past few years, my family has absolutely enjoyed all the different entertainment options the Chrysalis Stage at Merriweather has to offer for children and families. Recently, we went to see the concert In Treble with Ms Rowe with the DC Strings Workshop and it was so much fun! The added Imagination Playground that they put out for children each time absolutely delights my son. We are looking forward to more adventures at the Chrysalis in the coming months.
