HUGE shout out to Mandy! I am completely blew away by the kindness she showed my daughter and myself. We explained we were there to replace a necklace for my daughter and Mandy went above and beyond. I left speechless to be honest and didn’t know that kind of customer service still existed. I have not been able to stop telling my friends and family about our experience.
