I normally don’t don’t write reviews, but I just want to say how terrible the workers are. They were incredibly rude and I will be telling friends and family to never shop there. Not to mention how poor quality the jewelry is. Everything in the color bar breaks a few days later. The stones fall out and the necklace chains snap. Terrible do not recommend

HUGE shout out to Mandy! I am completely blew away by the kindness she showed my daughter and myself. We explained we were there to replace a necklace for my daughter and Mandy went above and beyond. I left speechless to be honest and didn’t know that kind of customer service still existed. I have not been able to stop telling my friends and family about our experience. Purchased a necklace for my mom to replace one that was lost. I called to order over the phone and received great customer service from Emily! I had an issue with my CC and she called back to let me know and run through the transaction again. I’ve been to this store many times and the employees have always been lovely and very helpful.
I was blown away at the service I got from this store!! My daughters homecoming was this past weekend. I wanted to do something special so I called the store and talked to Emma. Girrlll was on fire, lemme tell ya she and the whole store went out of their way and made my daughter feel super special. Her and her whole team knocked it out of the park!! Went to get 50% off for my birthday gift and the customer service was AMAZING!! Vivian was the employee that helped my mom and I and she was so wonderful! Conversation was so easy and she made us feel so welcome! As someone who used to work in customer service it was so nice to see someone care that much about their customer! 10/10 experience!!
