LB Snow is my preferred shop for tune ups and repairs on all winter planks. They do very good work, and I've been in a couple times with repairs on the base of my snowboard, and a few repairs on the top sheet too. It's always speedy turnaround, never more than a day or two. I'm broke AF so my board is super old. Somehow these guys keep bringing her back to life! I always go in for an early season tune up and an end of season storage wax. I know I'm in good hands here.
I also love going into the shop to keep an eye on the consignment corner when I'm in there. If you're patient, there are good deals, and also great deals off retail. The shop is full of real skiers and riders, so it's not a corporate grinder squeezing profits. The LB staff cares about what I'm passionate about, and are knowledgable to get me into the right gear. They have very good rentals and I like being able to try out different board styles as I consider my next big purchase. Y'all keep your hands off those Jones 164's!
The last big investment I made at LB was a full touring setup: skis, boots, skins, poles, shovel, beacon probe (hence: broke AF). Will helped me out over a few days of consideration. He was open and straightforward with the reviews of the gear, and gave expert guidance for the appropriate choices for my goals and skill levels. I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me, or pressure any purchases, and I walked out confident in my purchases and even had a head start in the next steps of my backcountry journey thanks to Will's additional insights.
I'm shocked that it took me this long to write a review, but I'm happy to report that over three seasons, all repairs have held up, and the freshest dings are patched up too. After a full season with my new skiis I can report that they have been the exact fit I was looking for. Now I just gotta step up my skills and stop hitting the rocks.

In town for a conference, and looking for a special meal for our team. We wanted something that would be adventurous enough for the thrill seekers in our squad, but familiar enough that the particular eaters would not go back to the hotel hungry and Urban Farmer nailed it.
From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in good hands. The environment feels hip but not overly trendy. Our mixed gens all felt welcome and comfortable. Seated promptly on time for our reservation, service was efficient but not overbearing. The food was spectacular- Venison, and Little Gem salad pictured along with the very hype-worthy cornbread in a jar. We all felt like if we came back again, there was something else we 100% wanted to try. My top vote is the side of local mushrooms with the steak tasting.
Above all else, the food was satisfying and filling, with ingredients that tasted *and felt* healthy. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
