Excellent bison ribeye, excellent blue corn bread which is surprisingly tasty. Wagyu is solid. Appetizers are decent but unspectacular. Great quality food overall but not the best Denver has to offer

Food was amazing. The make your own Bloody Mary bar was legit and worth the $$ for unlimited. Service was also on point which is always impressive on a Saturday morning.

I stayed at the Oxford hotel and received $10 per night to use at the Urban Farmer, which is connected to the hotel, so I went for breakfast and dinner.

Breakfast - I sat at the bar and everything was perfect. Service was excellent. Coffee delicious. Pancakes absolutely perfect.

Dinner - I sat at a table and was less thrilled.

Service: I tried to ask the server what drink would go well with my dinner selection and he misunderstood (?) and started telling me about the menu. I'd already said I was going to get the skirt steak, simply because it was the smallest on the menu (8oz) & I couldn't eat more than that, but he still tried to tell me how amazing the bison was (18 and 20oz). He was quite pleasant and did come at appropriate times, so maybe it was just a misunderstanding. And he did tell me that I could get half order sides, which was helpful.

But then I heard the women at the table next to me ask for just 6oz of steak. I wish I'd known that I could get that small of an amount, but it was not listed on the menu, nor did my server mention it.

Food: The twigs & berries cocktail simply didn't work. I'm not sure if lime should ever go in a bourbon drink, but it did not work in this one, nor did lime go well with steak, but there weren't many other bourbon options.

The caesar had sardines, which was a great touch, and excellent quality dressing. I loved the cornbread. The mac & cheese was good. The steak's quality was perfect. Maybe a little oversalted, or maybe I was just thirsty. I felt the steak took a while to arrive, given the place was 80% empty, but it came perfectly medium, as I'd requested it, and was quite good.

Overall, it's a good restaurant. But for the extremely high prices, I'd expect closer to perfection. I'd had better experiences elsewhere in Denver at lower prices.

Upscale and chic. Great taste on all dishes and very professional service. Interesting chili, but would warn if coming alone it’s a large appetizer as it’s very filling.
Pork chop flavor was amazing.

Absolutely amazing experience here. Celebrated our anniversary here while visiting, and was told this establishment has the best steaks in the nation. Didn’t have any complaints, our server was Katie and she was phenomenal. Will highly recommend to my colleagues. Also super neat bathroom setup, the building is beautiful. Thanks for the hospitality

Great service, great atmosphere. We had the Waugh New York strip, steak sampler, twice baked potato tart, and roasted local mushrooms.

Our favorite is the NY strip which is most tender and most flavorful. The twice baked potato tart was delicious and it’s a specialty, so comes highly recommended. The roasted mushrooms are good, a bit salty for my taste. The steak sampler is fun and all but the only the dry aged one is tender, and the other two that are grass fed and grain fed are chewy and there’s a tendon inside making them even harder to chew. I felt the sampler is a bit overpriced for the grass/grain fed meat quality.

I suggest they can offer some specialty salt as I felt the steaks can use a bit more salt. But can let customer decide how much salt to sprinkle on their steaks.

Overall great restaurant, very good service. We would definitely go again!

In town for a conference, and looking for a special meal for our team. We wanted something that would be adventurous enough for the thrill seekers in our squad, but familiar enough that the particular eaters would not go back to the hotel hungry and Urban Farmer nailed it.

From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in good hands. The environment feels hip but not overly trendy. Our mixed gens all felt welcome and comfortable. Seated promptly on time for our reservation, service was efficient but not overbearing. The food was spectacular- Venison, and Little Gem salad pictured along with the very hype-worthy cornbread in a jar. We all felt like if we came back again, there was something else we 100% wanted to try. My top vote is the side of local mushrooms with the steak tasting.

Above all else, the food was satisfying and filling, with ingredients that tasted *and felt* healthy. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
