Beware - If you thought this airline provides adequate service for the ticket price value, you are definitely wrong. Travelled with the company for a short trip from Johor Bahru to Kuala Lumpur. The flight had been delayed for an hour and no reasons were given for why the flight was delayed. During boarding, we had to wait for another 30 minutes as the ground staffs were changing flight tyres!!!! Real maintenance on the spot! This should have been done during the regular maintenance and not during a scheduled flight!! The check-in is automated through a check-in machine. There are no staffs available for enquires and no assistance provided if you need help. This is really a typical Malaysian company's attitude that punctuality has no value and asking customers to wait without providing further information is normal. It is better to travel with alternative airlines such as Firefly or Malaysian Airlines.
