I left Sandwell Council and I want to tell them not to waste time sending me a council tax bill, but no one answers their phone. You listen to some silly instructions from an answering machine which have nothing to do with what you want to talk about. The worst thing is that it cuts you off instead of sending you to a human agent. Also, their 'my account' is useless as it prejudges that you want to say something that you don't want to say. I want to tell them that I no longer live at the address they are sending tax bills to but I don't know how since they don't answer their phones. I'm glad I no longer live in Sandwell. It's the worst local authority I have ever lived in, in terms of incompetence. I would have given them zero if it was available. I can't even send them an email as they don't have any.
