The Upper Lake Viewpoint is a beautiful location situated near the lake. We visited it in the new year of 2024, and despite the winter mist causing a somewhat unclear view, the weather and chill added to the beauty of the place.
Kodaikanal's Pine Forest is a dreamy woodland straight from a fairytale. The invigorating scent of pine fills the air as majestic trees filter sunlight, creating a perfect setting for strolls or picnics. Hidden viewpoints offer stunning vistas, attracting photographers to this visual paradise. Beyond its beauty, the forest is a haven for peace and meditation, providing a magical escape from everyday chaos. A visit here is a deep breath of fresh air, leaving you with memories of pure serenity.
Vattakanal waterfall is one of the best and underrated places in Kodaikanal. Although reaching this location might be difficult, the place is truly worth enjoying. The water there is cold and refreshing, making it a nice photographic spot with stunning views. It's a must-visit hidden gem of Kodaikanal.
"The Silver Falls is the first place to see when coming via Palani way. My friends and I visited this place on the first day of the new year in 2024, and it is the best season(winter) to visit Kodaikanal; everyone should go. It was 10 degrees Celsius when we reached the place in the early morning, and it was too cold and full of mist, making it awesome. A must-visit place with friends and family."
