EVER sIMPLy HABIBA

I have being trying to contact this facility and their communication is very poor. I call up to 20 time or send 2 emails pre day to get some form of communication and I get no response. One luck chance that I do the process or trying to get them for further information begins. I have been waiting on my document for 2 weeks now when it was to take a week and I still have no information which is worrying because you would think with such status they would know the importance of people documents. Very disappointing.

I have initiated all of my attempted communications and have no follow up from their end. What else are we to do to ensure our documents are safe with you guys?

Customer service is not their best. Their follow through of procedures are not professional nor really sanitary, and it is very hard to contact them. There is not appropriate phone number to reach them. As a foreigner I was recommended this facility and in good hopes to get better treatment, however, that never happened. Also, I was told I would get my results at inconsistent time intervals and up to now I don't have my results.
