Fantastic pen, paper and craft shop. Everything is very well thought out and presented. The staff is incredibly kind. Great selection of quality pens and pencils.
One of the best Park Hyatts in the world. Comparable to Tokyo or Vienna. Really amazing - and enormous - new rooms with well appointed linens and toiletries. Walk in closet, soaking tub, and 14 foot ceilings.
Spa's sauna and steam room are wonderful as was room service and laundry services. Super prompt and perfectly executed. The concierge, overall welcome, doorman and everyone else was extremely helpful and polite. Absolutely wonderful service, and I'm admittedly a picky curmudgeon.
Will most definitely stay here again when visiting Paris. Well worth it for Hyatt members. Thanks for a wonderful and memorable stay. Please
