DRS NY Jewelry Repairs

I sent my beautiful David Yurman bracelet off to have the clasp repaired, they all the info I needed to ship, then let me know when they received it as well as have an online link to update on the process. I received it back today, not only was the clasp fixed but the bracelet was polished like new. Thank you, I will use you again.

I cannot say enough about their great service. Unfortunately my bracelet /cable cuff got caught on something and a piece of the gold caps broke off. The staff at David Yurman was very attentive and helpful. I had stressed that I really wanted to wear the bracelet to a Wedding event this weekend and their repair team made sure that I had it on time. I appreciate a good business like this!

I was gifted an expensive David Yurman bracelet. The woman who gave it to me had it for quite a few years and it was given to her by her then husband. The woman didn't want it anymore. The bracelet is sterling silver and 14 K gold with a large Amethyst stone in the center. The bracelet has a type of chain link to it that was severely kinked. I turned the piece in to DRS NY JEWELRY for repair and the results were STUNNING!! I NEVER new the piece could shine the way it did. Both the gold and silver on the bracelet were incredible. It looks brand new. It was so BEAUTIFUL it brought tears to my eyes. The bracelet was completely refurbished and repaired. I can't thank DRS NY Jewelry Repair enough for the INCREDIBLE work that was completed on my bracelet. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM for all jewelry repairs to include your HIGH END PIECES. I will attach photos, but they don't do the work that was completed on it enough justice. I'm trying to show the kinks in the bracelet and how the kinks messed up the one side of the bracelet (by using blue arrows).

Wonderful service, prompt and expertly handled my issue! I had unique issue where a metal belt I ordered was too large. I brought it to DRS NY and they were accommodating of my unusual request and promptly and expertly shortened my metal belt for me and reattached the metal accent at the end. I will be recommending them to any of my friends with jewelry repair needs and coming to them myself the next time I have a more typical repair need for my fine jewelry!

Once done, they ship your watch-piece back, ensuring it’s properly received with a signature. End result was my beautiful watch came back to me looking brand new and working properly.
