The first time I’ve ever shopped at Finish Line, and it will most definitely be the last. I ordered a pair of shoes on 10/5 and I received them on 10/8. Super pleased with the quick delivery, but as soon as I looked at the box I realized they sent the completely wrong shoe. I assumed that they would either let me keep the wrong shoes for the inconvenience, or at least send out the correct shoes immediately. Instead, I needed to send back the incorrect shoes in order for them to send the right pair. Then I received an email over a week of waiting later saying that my order was cancelled due to the item not being available anymore. Here I am on 10/28, without my shoes or the refunded money. The most they could offer is a $20 coupon on my next order, which is pointless because I am never dealing with them again. I warn all of you because this has been a headache, and their customer service reps are practically useless.
