Finish Line

I bought my shoes but I only found one shoe inside the box 04 /28/ 23 they forgot to put my other shoe😔

This store already closes an hour earlier than normal since COVID. And was closed when I arrived, which was before closing time. When I arrived it was 8min until closing and all I wanted to do was try a certain pair of shoes on for size which I would have been out before they closed. If you're going to close early than make your closing time 6:50 not 7.

Rushed all the way from Franklin after work, knowing exactly what I wanted, any pair of brooks running shoes for work. But the associates closed the store early and wouldn’t allow me in. I know it was 6:55 but still..store hours should be store hours. Now I’ve made a a trip for nothing and you’ve lost a sale. Lose lose :( typing this as I’m sitting outside the store lol. Now 7:02..could’ve been buying something lol

The staff member that I encountered was very friendly and helpful. The specific day I was here was extremely busy and it was difficult just walking through the store period. Nice selection of shoes and some decent sale prices too.

I was on the hunt for a product, asked a staff person, no problem 😊.They even explained how to use the shoe care product. That's a 10 for customer service. Great job Finish Line👍.

The first time I’ve ever shopped at Finish Line, and it will most definitely be the last. I ordered a pair of shoes on 10/5 and I received them on 10/8. Super pleased with the quick delivery, but as soon as I looked at the box I realized they sent the completely wrong shoe. I assumed that they would either let me keep the wrong shoes for the inconvenience, or at least send out the correct shoes immediately. Instead, I needed to send back the incorrect shoes in order for them to send the right pair. Then I received an email over a week of waiting later saying that my order was cancelled due to the item not being available anymore. Here I am on 10/28, without my shoes or the refunded money. The most they could offer is a $20 coupon on my next order, which is pointless because I am never dealing with them again. I warn all of you because this has been a headache, and their customer service reps are practically useless.
