We've rented cars from this branch of National/Enterprise three times and every time its been straightforward and easy, the customer service is professional and clear. We always buy the mid level or high level insurance package and never have any problems. If you accept that this is part of the overall cost of the car rental and you'll save yourself a lot of frustration, rather than going for the cheapest option online or via a third party and then having to pay additional when you show up.

We had dinner here, the food was delicious, I would say it’s slightly overpriced but it was a nice elegant atmosphere and I guess that’s what you’re paying for. It wasn’t an extraordinary experience but very pleasant.

We got
- the plantain starter (banana croquettes stuffed with shredded meat): delicious! I was not expecting it to be so tasty
- tlaydua with crickets: tasty, crickets I now realise are not my thing but I was glad to try it
- almond mole with chicken: a nice quite sweet mole
- mole coloradito with pork: very soft delicious piece of pork and the mole was delicious, very dark and rich, preferred this over the almond mole

And that’s it! It cost us about $500 pesos per person including beers and tips.

We just dropped our car off this morning after renting from Oaxaca and dropping back in Mexico City. Very straightforward, easy process, our car was spotless and the process of renting and returning took about 10-15 minutes either side. Our full deposit was returned. We bought the mid level insurance and had no problems, I think that's where most people get frustrated with car rental in Mexico, with the added insurance costs - I think you just need to accept that you have to buy the insurance and that's part of the cost of the car.

The beer is excellent and the Wings Diner fried chicken is INCREDIBLE. Love love love both the beers and food here, the delicious food is the thing that keeps me coming back here over other bars with a great craft beer selection. The chicken dirty fries with Korean sauce is my food highlight and the portion is massive!
