Went in the Micheals at uptown yesterday and the staff I interacted with was extremely rude before I could even say a word, her facial expressions, her body language was all very disgusting. Her name is Terri Lynn and her attitude is awful, people like that should not be working customer service let alone put in a manager position. The way she even addressed other customers before me was so unhelpful and just rude. There are reviews about staff being rude to people and I wouldn’t be surprised if it is her because I have been there many times and was never met with such attitude as one she displayed yesterday, other staff were helpful and polite. I am hoping Terri Lynn gets some type of training on customer service and an awareness of the job she has chosen to do because she may be letting that manager position get to her head and just there acting ridiculous.
