3.24.23 - It's a very busy popular location that makes a really good cortado. Birch has now started making 'fresh in-house' nut milks using numilk. I can't say it does anything extra for their drinks, but it's also not a negative. All in all, it's a reliable location for a good cup of joe.

5.1.2021 - pictures are from 2021, but recent dining experience remains the same. Very kind staff that’s attentive. The food is good and well prepared. The space can get crowded, but if you show up a little on the early side it’s not a problem to get a table for a midsize party.

Nothing too special about the food, but a good group dining option.

2.6.23 - I’ve been shopping here since they opened and it’s generally a well run place. The produce is in good shape, the meats are kept fresh, and almost every Asian pantry stable is available.

9.6.20 - fastest to download the NYC Ferry Hornblower App to get your tickets, which when activated is only good for 90 minutes (single one way).

Kiosk is on Kent Avenue, not at the boarding ramp.

Note that there is a risk of the ferry being full so even if you show up on time it's possible to not get on.

The staff is very nice and patient.

1.5.18 - stopped in to return items for my SO. The main part of the store is below grade. It's the main home goods location so you'll find a lot of talking pieces in addition to clothing.
