On the whole we found CSJ very frustrating to deal with.
They were fine with moving in and really quite helpful when it came to moving out.
However, during tenancy they were hard to get hold of and frequently left us without response to issues. The best (though not only example) being that in Autumn 19 we made them aware of and asked them to fix a damp/mold issue in the bathroom.
Despite raising this multiple times we didn't really get a response until in autumn 2020 we were told by one person there that they couldn't get sign off on getting something done about it. Appeared to blame one of his colleagues for the issue as if that was a justifiable excise. Was not a pleasant thing to live withnfor more than a year. would say they failed in their duty to represent their tenants here.
When we moved out, it was promptly sorted within days for the new tenants. Quite disappointing.
