Good store with lots of novelty items. I’ve pre-ordered 3 re-usable face masks with date of delivery on 17 August - SMS received on the date as promised. I’ve picked up the items and one is missing. It’s an inconvenience and disappointing to say the least because even if your customer service is good, it is not acceptable if delivery fails. Items should have been checked before confirmation is sent. Ultimately I just want to get the product which I did a few days later.
