A very beautiful shop with lots of good quality items but I wish the shop was a bit bigger it is often cramped and i don't go in so I'm not in the way

Nice range of cards, gift items and knick knacks, a bit pricey.

Friendly staff were very helpful, a wide variety of gifts and reasonable prices

Good store with lots of novelty items. I’ve pre-ordered 3 re-usable face masks with date of delivery on 17 August - SMS received on the date as promised. I’ve picked up the items and one is missing. It’s an inconvenience and disappointing to say the least because even if your customer service is good, it is not acceptable if delivery fails. Items should have been checked before confirmation is sent. Ultimately I just want to get the product which I did a few days later.
