This is what is really going on, I'm very sorry to say.
If you were born and raised in Cameroon and are now a citizen of a western country, good luck on getting your Visa approved, especially if you are a woman.
You will definitely need to call your local MP's office for assistance getting a Visa, as we had to back in 2010.
Our then Federal MP Bev Shipley made a call to the Embassy
and got approval for the Visa right away.
The people who work there don't like the fact that you were smart enough to make the decision to leave this poor
" Third World Country " for a better life in North America.
This is called being " Low In Your Shoes " and when a call comes in from the Canadian Government, well that automatically shows
that you must be a " Very Important Person ", and in turn makes them feel important.
Visa Approved !!
My advice to the staff at the Cameroon Embassy in Ottawa
is to use your Canadian connections during your stay as a representative to the Cameroon Government to help your country
in what ever small way you can.
We don't think we are better than you , but if you treat us with disrespect, you are for sure going to get similar reviews like the one I just wrote.
