The atmosphere in the 70' to 80's no longer. See quite changes and not as crowded as 80's with youngsters. One of the basements and ground floor shops has ben converted to food stalll. Several shops selling jeans, t-shirt, belts and buckle still around with friendly shopkeepers. You can still find the musical, shoes, watches, electronic shops within the building.

Mall is big, roomy, and spacious. Most of the shops within the premises are open/occupied.
Each level has prayer room and access to IKEA, which is directly linked.

Good place to have picnics with family and friends. Managed to see some performance such flag fly pass, acrobat planes display and fireworks during the National Day celebrations on 9 August 2023 below the flyover that acted as shades under the hot sun.
Garbage bin provided within the premises and security patrol sighted.

The place is opened, and many stalls are still under renovation/upgrading. We need to come back another six months to see the actual condition of the mall with all facilities fully operational. Self-help Digital information board is quite helpful for making search and directory.
Parking space design is not user-friendly and has no indication on empty lots. Signage to exit is not very prominent and could be improved further.
