This is a industrial walking area with seats and picnic tables. If you want a short walk or bike this park would be OK. The upside of this park are the art chairs and a decent place to picnic and it intersects with other trails (Gateway). This sanctuary is new and it looks to be still in development.

This one the best free things to do on Auckland, While it is best at sunrise or sunset, any time of day is OK. Going here is better than Sky Tower. Bring a mid day lunch and have a picnic, which is what we did this time.

CG Ravine Regional Park has changed over the past 20 years. It is a good park to hike, run, or ski. The new building is a good place to stay warm in the WI ter months.
